We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. The Kirk of Highland is a wedding and event venue situated in the heart of the historic Highland neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The historic venue was constructed in 1890 and remains one of the city’s most recognizable sights. The Kirk of Highland offers three unique event spaces that can accommodate up to 225 wedding guests. The 2,800-square-foot private patio garden provides an intimate outdoor space for you and your guests to enjoy with our market lights and working fountain. The gallery provides an open, spacious area for an indoor reception- the perfect blank canvas for your event! The 4,000-square-foot space is ideal for dining and dancing the night away among our stained glass windows. Our beautiful bar offers a place for you and your friends to enjoy a night of celebration in the heart of Denver. Tivoli Student Union is a historically beautiful and unique building on the Auraria Campus. Built in 1870 by German-born Mortz Sigi, the Tivoli was originally part of the Colorado Brewery. In 1901 is became the Tivoli Union Brewery, named after the famous amusement park in Copenhagen. The Tivoli houses a variety of spaces that can accommodate groups both small and large for business meetings, training sessions, lectures, conferences, and a variety of social gatherings, from intimate celebrations to weddings. With its location being adjacent to downtown, historic appeal, easy accessibility and parking availability, the Auraria Campus is an ideal place to hold an event.

The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices.
