2 Penguins is not your typical wedding location. We are a Taproom and Restaurant providing quality food, service and beverages. We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. The Rose is a NEW event venue that opened January 2019. We are an all-inclusive venue that comes equipped with professional event coordination, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, decorative lighting, and table decor. We also provide full in-house catering, beverage service, and staffing and will connect you with the very best local vendors. The Rose also has a concert-quality sound system, up to 4 large-screen televisions, a theater-quality video projection system, and an elevated stage enabling comprehensive entertainment options.

The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices.
