The Greenbriar Inn is situated just outside of Boulder on 20 scenic acres, our property is surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and foothills and our recently renovated space maintains a romantic country inn feel that is unique to this part of Colorado. Our award winning restaurant, dubbed “a Hidden Treasure” by Zagat Survey, is proud to show a commitment to exceptional fresh food by growing our own natural herbs and produce from our three gardens. For 53 years, we have been proud to create exceptional and timeless experiences for all memorable occasions and we look forward to serving all of your needs.

Main Dining Room

The Main Dining Room is our largest room, seating 80 to 130 guests. Located on the main floor, this room is attached to the Sunroom by four sets of glass doors and can be used in conjunction with the Sunroom to expand seating up to 190. Featuring an elegant, country inn ambiance with warm woods, natural lighting and rich fabrics, the Main Dining Room is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and corporate functions.

    The Greenbriar Inn was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication was always timely and helpful, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their work was fantastic - they were attentive to every detail, charming in their interactions with our guests, and truly helped make our special day splendid.     I can only say good things about the Greenbriar Inn!! The Greenbriar team was great to work all the way from planning the event to the night of. I encourage you to book this place for upcoming weddings or events. The venue is even more beautiful in person compared with the photos. Planning: GBI team was incredibly detailed and caring about the nuances of planning our event. When we'd come with a suggested plan, they were very engaged in providing strategic recommendations to make it run as smoothly as possible. Property/Grounds: The property is stunning. We received endless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, cocktail hour location, and dining room were. You really feel like you're in a magical oasis. Food & Drink: The food is a highlight of this venue since they are a fine dining restaurant! The appetizers were a hit, especially the mini beef wellingtons. People loved the cupcakes, even though I didn't get the chance to try it! I was nervous about the bar bill given it's a pay-by-drink approach, but the GBI team did a great job proactively trying to keep it as low as possible/within budget. Pets: This venue is pet friendly! They were so amazing about accommodating our dog Leo so he could be there for our special day.
