Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. Morgan is the only event planner you should consider hiring. You know how everyone tells you to expect at least one thing to go unplanned or wrong at your wedding? This is simply not the case when Morgan is in charge. Not a single thing went wrong at our wedding. The timeline Morgan created was so seamless that we did not get pushed back nor did we lose out on any reception time. During the planning process, she was responsive, clear and professional. I am very indecisive and always needed reassurance or an alternate suggestion for my details and Morgan was always there for me. My husband and I did not worry about a single thing the entire day as Morgan kept everything moving. We were able to be fully present on our wedding day and we are honestly so sad it's over. If you want to make your wedding planning even a fraction easier, hire Calmerin. We got their Jade package and even though that’s their smallest package it was so so helpful. We talked with Glennie and Amanda to talk over big picture stuff, get recommendations for other vendors, etc. and then the first time I met them was for the venue walkthrough. They’re the professionals and so they brought so many excellent questions for us and for the venue. It really helped us know what we still needed to figure out and prepare for the big day. Then, for the rehearsal/walkthrough and the big day, they were there every step of the way to help get the whole timeline sorted out. Both Amanda and Glennie were so kind and professional; they helped the whole day run so smoothly. The last thing, but really SO important and crucial: they helped with the breakdown and packing everything up. While we were all dancing on the dance floor and having a blast, they were helping to gather up everything and get the venue set back as it needed to be by the end of the night. It was such a weight off our shoulders for them to just handle all of that. They were always on top of everything and it was all so wonderful. Hire Calmerin for your wedding, and breathe a sigh of relief that you have them on your team because now it will surely be a beautiful day. Thanks Glennie and Amanda for everything! I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist. Her and the owner were so kind enough to make my original package of Day of Planning, to Full planning at a discount! Saved my whole wedding day. We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Amy to plan and coordinate our wedding. Our goal was to make our guests feel taken care of. Good food, good drink, good company; bringing the most important people in our lives together to celebrate our relationship and really understand us as a couple. That’s a big ask for a wedding. We trusted Amy to help us get the job done and she absolutely delivered. We booked her partial planning option. Our initial meetings with her, and all of the advice and tools she provided helped us navigate the process very cleanly. We always felt like we could reliably get our questions answered. More important though, she helped us understand what questions we should be asking in the first place, what was important, what was a priority, and what wasn’t. From there, meeting with her virtually and in person at our venue she was ON IT. She was a sponge for information: soaking up every idea, question, or anxiety, and addressing each with her deep experience and expertise. We went into our day confident in the plan we put together, and with an understanding of how things were being executed. That understanding did not prepare us for how blown away we would be by the quality of the job she and her team did on the day and in the lead up to it. Everything with our vendors was perfectly coordinated. Everything with the venue totally taken care of. We were providing a lot of the decor ourselves and her team picked up on and understood exactly what we were going for and assembled everything just as we planned it without any additional communication. They also seamlessly smoothed out and filled in any rough edges in our overall plan for the day, with little details we hadn’t considered identified and taken care of in thoughtful ways. If any small issues or problems popped up they were immediately handled with professionalism and grace. On top of that, Amy went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special. She knew what was important to us, and made sure it happened. She was always there, but never in the way. A true professional. The day itself went off without a hitch and was better than we had even hoped. We knew this day would be special, but we didn’t realize just how special it would be for us, thanks to Amy and her team. And as fantastic as the process was, the end result was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not only for us but for our guests as well.
