I've loved weddings since childhood, from sketching dresses in my notebooks to planning my own wedding in 2019. That experience confirmed my passion for coordination, logistics, and making wedding days seamless. After serving as Maid of Honor multiple times, I became the go-to planner for friends. Since then, I’ve coordinated 22+ weddings and events, specializing in DIY and backyard celebrations. I believe a beautiful wedding doesn’t need a huge budget—just thoughtful planning. Let’s create a stress-free, unforgettable day together!

    Kalyna was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding on November 2, 2019! With over 200 guests, I was worried about how everything would come together, but she made the entire day run seamlessly. From ensuring the ceremony timing was perfect to making sure we got all of our photos and still had plenty of time to enjoy the night with our guests, she handled it all flawlessly. One thing we are especially grateful for was her incredible network of preferred vendors. Just a week before the wedding, we found out our original caterer didn’t have the right permit for our venue, and we were devastated. But Kalyna stepped in immediately and had a fantastic replacement lined up—who not only delivered amazing food but also kept us way under budget. Her ability to handle last-minute crises with ease is truly unmatched. If you want someone who is professional, organized, and ready to take on anything that comes their way, Kalyna is the coordinator you need. We couldn’t have done it without her!
