You will be free to use any vendors you prefer, and the team will happily connect you with their list of recommendations. Parking is available onsite, with shuttle services to accommodate your guests. In addition to your ceremony and reception, The Farm at West Prong Acres can host elopements, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners.

So glad we chose The Farm at West Prong Acres to be our wedding venue! It is absolutely beautiful, and Amy is amazing to work with. We didn’t have a wedding planner/coordinator and she stepped in and helped wherever she could. The venue had plenty of space to host our 100ish guest wedding and the airbnb was perfect for the bridal party to get ready in. We were able to be creative and have the wedding of our dreams, I wish I could add all of the photos but Zola won’t let me. It was absolutely beautiful and I’m so thankful I used this amazing venue for my wedding day!

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

The Farm at 95 was probably one of our favorite vendors at our wedding. Not only is the location beautiful but Rachel, the General Manager, went above and beyond for us. Our experience working with her was so easy and stress free. She was very helpful during our wedding and even caught a detail I missed and helped us fix it in the moment. Again the venue is beautiful but there also is so many great features you can utilize as well. The dressing rooms with the private bathrooms were perfect for us getting ready (1 bride, 5 maid of honors, 2 mothers and the makeup artist and hair stylist). I also loved how we had so much flexibility you have for where you do the ceremony. You have the option of the outdoor gazebo for your ceremony (which we ended up using) but you also could have your ceremony inside. Our reception was all done in the banquet hall/outdoor patio. We had a live band and the setup was perfect as there is a nice stage in the banquet hall. We had about 200 people and there was more than enough space. I also will mention the parking lot is more than big enough (parking is something I find very important). Overall we loved working with Rachel and truly had an unforgettable night. She did as much as she could to ensure we had a wonderful time. I don't know where else you could find such wonderful venue that is beautiful with a lot of great features and with someone who cares as much as Rachel!

Keffer Hall at Deep Creek Landing in Newport News, Virginia is a beautiful gem of a venue! This lovely waterfront venue has a greenspace for ceremonies, a neutral / bright reception space with water views, a deck that overlooks the water, and an incredible bridal cottage for brides and bridesmaids to get ready in. As a wedding photographer, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, and the ability to take the couple out on the dock for a golden hour couple session.

In addition to their beautiful venue, they were easily accessible for questions to ensure our wedding weekend was wonderful. Highly, highly recommend using this venue— it’s worth the drive from Raleigh!

Tables, chairs, benches, a dance floor, and arch are included in the venue rentals. The Maine of Williamsburg team sets up the space according to your desired layout and remains onsite throughout all events to assist in creating an exceptional wedding experience for all.

The Maine of Williamsburg was a dream to wedding plan at and the staff were more than accommodating to plan with. After booking The Maine in June 2022, we finally had our picture perfect day this May 2024. The day was beautiful and all of our vendors were amazing. Tracy and her staff at The Maine are very understanding about the inconsistencies with event planning, and we’re more very helpful recommending vendors that were familiar with the space. If I chose to use an outside vendor, the staff easily worked with my preferred vendors to establish the necessary contacts and paperwork. Overall, my planning process was stress free knowing I had a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, including microphones and speakers, and a well maintained interior for an inside reception. There was plenty of space for my guests. The bathrooms were well kept, with plenty available to accommodate my 130 guests. Also, the interior of the facilities are nice and COOL—the AC was much needed after a hot and humid spring wedding. No amount of praise for Tracy and her staff will ever feel like enough. The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

Such a beautiful place for a wedding! The owner was so very helpful and everything flowed so seamlessly.

As a special event floral designer I have had the privilege to work at several fabulous venues throughout Virginia but my favorite is The Estate at White Hall Vineyard because of the people. The grounds and barn are gorgeous and working with Bethany and Joel and their staff is joy! After one visit with them, I felt like family and we’d known each other forever! TEAWHV is the total package and I can’t recommend them enough as the perfect place to hold your wedding or special event!

We had our wedding there last month, a small one with 60 guests. Tiffanie was great coordinating everything, she is very knowledgeable and always made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and it wasn’t, everything went perfect, very smooth and she really took care of every detail without me or my family having to worry. The staff are great, friendly, professional and they always looked happy to take care of our guests. I also work in the hospitality industry, and I was impressed. The food was delicious, we opted for a plated dinner with 3 choices plus a vegan one for a couple of guests and every single one was great. Bartender was also on point and my guests were very happy about that. Now about the venue itself, it’s beautiful, we had the ceremony outside by the water and reception indoors at the ballroom, the bridal suit is great, it has a lot of space for everyone to get ready and access to everything we could possibly need. It is a busy place with a lot of members so there is a chance of other events to be happening at the same time but trust me when I say you won’t even notice, they do a great job with scheduling and keeping events separated.

I don’t know where to begin. I had the best experience with Kiln Creek Golf Club and Resort! Not only do they have a breathtaking venue but they have the most helpful staff. Let me start with Ruthanne Ferguson the Assistant Director of Sales. She was the best! Always responsive and always welcomed my ideas. I decided to go the DIY route and she was super supportive and helped bring my vision to life. I sent her a photo of how I wanted the ballroom decorated and she exceeded my expectations. Ruthanne partnered with my Wedding Coordinator the day of the wedding and they shielded me from all the chaos (very minor issues). I visited several other venues in the Hampton Roads area and I am so glad I choose Kiln Creek. We stayed on site in their hotel and the rooms are beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready in our hotel room while groomsmen and grooms got ready in the locker rooms. Not only are the rooms spacious but they also make a great background for photos. I’ve been to a few weddings and the food is typically the most disappointing part. That was not the case at Kiln Creek! All of their food was amazing. From the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour down to the dinner at the reception. My favorite was the ham biscuits and salmon. I could go on and on about how great this place is and how they made my day so special. It’s been 2 weeks since our wedding and I’m still getting calls with people raving about how beautiful our day was. I can’t say thank you enough to Ruthanne and Kiln Creek. I will never forget that special day.

Our venue is located in rural North Carolina is the newest and largest in the area. We offer space for approximately 450 guests for expos and conferences, about 300 guests for weddings and formal events, and for outdoor events and concerts we can accommodate over 600 guests. We have a variety of locations on the property available for your special events, in addition to the Barn. Our patios, views, and outdoor pavilion, in an idyllic setting – just outside the city limits, are the perfect backdrop for your wedding or special event. We can host weddings, concerts, formal military events, corporate events, unit functions, and any of your special celebrations. La Esperanza-Ranch is a family owned farm located in rural Delco, just thirty minutes from Wilmington, and a short drive from Leland, NC. The ranch boasts a beautiful and tranquil countryside setting. The family keeps horses in the stable, and has transformed a section of the ranch as a venue to host wedding receptions, birthday celebrations and other events.

Carlos at La Esperanza Ranch was wonderful to work with! We unfortunately had to find a new venue about 90 days out from our day and after contacting the ranch it felt like it was meant to be! This venue is so accommodating and went above and beyond for us! We will be referring to and using this venue in the future as it is super versatile.
