The venue coordinator was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, communication was top notch. The beautiful exposed brick walls and string lights created the perfect romantic ambiance. Their staff helped with setup and breakdown so we could just focus on celebrating with our loved ones. The open layout provided plenty of room for dining and dancing. Guests raved about the food and many said it was the most beautiful venue they'd ever seen. We felt like royalty walking into the gorgeous ballroom. The value for the space is unbeatable. “Terri, Christina, And the staff at Downingtown Country Club helped make our wedding day the absolute best day of our lives! We were booked with DCC two years in advance and any questions we had along the way Terri was incredible at answering and doing what she could to make our day run smoothly. The staff was flexible with the weather (rained in the morning and sunny for the ceremony) and quickly set up our ceremony space so we could have it outside. The food was out of this world and was RAVED about by our guests. Everyone had an amazing time and if there was anything that I could do different, I wouldn’t change a thing. This is the most beautiful space for a wedding with wonderful and helpful staff- a must book location for your wedding!”

Throughout the planning process she was accommodating and flexible with meetings and tastings, working around our schedule as my daughter was living out of town. Her attention to detail was meticulous, incorporating our input at every step along the way. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, which was plentiful and delicious. In addition, we had to switch from the planned outdoor ceremony to indoors on 2 days notice based on a rainy forecast, and the transition was seamless with a beautiful set up for the ceremony, thanks to Dawn and her staff's very hard work being the scenes.
