Natasha worked with Bianca for our wedding this past October, and let me just say this up front to any bride/groom: you may THINK you are type A and can handle any and every small detail in your wedding. You may THINK "how many decisions could I possibly need help with if I already have all of my vendors selected and every event for the weekend is in the same place? EASY." Welp, let me tell you folks--it is decidedly *not*. We had our wedding at the Intercontinental on the Wharf: all 3 wedding events throughout the weekend. I hired Natasha as some decisions were becoming mildly overwhelming and her prices were *chefs kiss*. When I say she and Bianca saved the day MULTIPLE times during our weekend, I am not overstating. She made every vendor organizational correspondence and handled all last minute questions they had--it was the best decision I made about the wedding (minus the groom, he's #1 ;)). Do yourself a favor as the price is MORE than absolutely worth the help and bliss Natasha will deliver you--BOOK.HER.IMMEDIATELY. She also already has working relationships with numerous vendors and locations in the city, which was astoundingly helpful. Seriously. Just book her and truly enjoy your wedding planning process!

We are an event planning company based in Northern Virginia right outside of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The company was founded in 2021, but the concept started back in 2015. This business is beginning to take off, and would love to make that possible.

Cynthia is the absolute best! She is a close friend, but she offered her services after I realized how much there goes into wedding planning without my fiancé at the time, as he's in the military. He was very much "Cynthia is my eyes and ears," and Cynthia kept him up to speed on experiences and other perspectives when it came to decisions. She was there when I picked out my wedding dress, helped find the wedding cake and rehearsal dinner venue, and helped create a vision board for my flowers and the decorations at the venue. I had gotten most of my vendors by the time I contacted her, but the last few were tricky, and Cynthia did the research to show me all the other viable options we could pick from. Cynthia will be there tooth and nail to comb through the contracts and make sure we were set with our deadlines. She was there to support and defend me with the vendors I did not have great experiences with and ensured everything went smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone having a significant event like a wedding, proposal, or shower, as Cynthia was able to do it all: planning, coordinating, budgeting, and all. Joseph and I couldn't have been able to accomplish all we did without her help, and we are so glad to be able to call her our friend.

My husband and I are not great at responding to texts often so the communication aspect is very much on us, but she has been great at reaching out in multiple formats to communicate in ways that work better for us. Overall, 11/10 would recommend having her to help alleviate the stress of your big day.

Marta was literally a dream come true! Even though she was a “day-of” coordinator, Marta met with us several time before our day-of and was in constant contact with us. She is METICULOUS. When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Teyanna an her team went above and beyond for my wedding. My family stressed me out during the process and my mom was very overbearing but Teyanna made sure to make her feel included in the planning process; which I really appreciated. Teyanna kept me on track with my budget ensuring I didn’t overspend as sometimes I like things that are outside of my financial reach. She never tried to force her will on me and always made sure what I wanted was at the forefront. On the wedding day, I arrived to the bridal suite at the venue and there was already breakfast there waiting for me and my bridesmaids and hair and makeup team. The groom and team had food and drinks also even though they arrived much later. The whole day was absolutely perfect and Teyanna made sure everything was on time as my family has a problem being on time. Teyanna never broke a sweat and planned my whole wedding with ease. I completely recommend Teyanna and her team for your wedding planning. Oh and she did my flowers too and they were stunning. I cried when her assistant brought my bouquet to me. Out of all of the many many decisions we made for our day, booking with Protea Event Planners was the best decision we made hands down.
