I was initially weary to hire a national florist rather than a local one, but once speaking with my poppy team, I was sold. They took my inspiration and ran with it! I loved them because they took so much stress of me. After the initial consult, I barely had to do anything. Closer to wedding day, I was put in contact with my florist, gave her my venue info and she handled everything! With everything I had to plan and worry about, it was nice knowing Poppy had my flowers covered. They came and set up my arch and isle clusters and made sure all my florals went where I had planned for them.

Mitali is an absolute gem of a florist! From the moment we first connected, she was responsive, creative, and incredibly knowledgeable. I shared with her my vision for our wedding, emphasizing the importance of incorporating lavender, whimsical touches, plenty of candles, and an overall romantic and dreamy atmosphere. Mitali not only listened to every detail I shared but also made sure to include my personal touch requests in the most beautiful way possible. The flowers she used were of the highest quality, and the candle holders and candles themselves added such a warm and romantic glow to the entire venue. Mitali's attention to detail was truly impeccable - even the flowers we took home with us lasted for days after the wedding! What truly sets Mitali apart is her overall understanding of design, reliability, and flexibility. She was able to make changes to the design to accommodate any last-minute requests or changes, and her ability to bring my vision to life exceeded all of my expectations. But beyond her talent and skill as a florist, Mitali's wonderful aura and easy-to-trust nature truly set her apart. Working with her was an absolute joy, and I am so grateful to have had her as part of our special day. Thank you, Mitali, for creating the most beautiful and magical floral arrangements for our wedding!

Aria is so talented and thoughtful. She listened to our vision for our Art Deco/Vintage Glamour, Monochromatic floral design and executed PERFECTLY. Her sophisticated sculptural style and attention to detail is unmatched. She created a dreamy white atmosphere with candles everywhere to enhance the moodiness of our Brooklyn Autumn wedding at 501 Union. We also wanted orchids & lilies since they're our mothers' favorite flowers which she incorporated beautifully into my bouquet, the boutonnieres and corsages seamlessly. She was willing to work with our limited budget and made our wedding look like a million bucks! Book her immediately, and you won't regret it!!!

Kolinda Kreations did an especially excellent job on the arch for my wedding. It came out just the way I hoped. My table flowers also looked great but the arch was particularly large and I was afraid it might looks spars. However it was excellent.

She was so accommodating, even scheduling a convenient drop-off at my house before we headed out of town for the wedding, the flowers were packed to travel and made it to our destination fresh and intact. Lorrie was nothing short of phenomenal from our first interaction. She very easily captured the modern vibe I was looking for and created stunning arrangements for our wedding. I’m obsessed with my bouquet and many guests complimented how beautiful the flowers were. She worked within our budget to create very unique decoration and kindly provided vases so we could repurpose the ceremony flowers towards the reception decor. Her pricing and communication were very clear which we also appreciated. I highly recommend Style & Vine to anyone looking for an excellent florist. You can’t go wrong with Lorrie!

      Rosehip Social Florist

      5.0

      Brooklyn, NY
      • Starts at $150 per arrangement

All of us here at Rosehip have been influenced by a lifelong love of nature and gardening, anything blooming and leaves of all types. We love what we do, and we love how flowers can bring so much joy and happiness to any space. Even something as simple as a small bud vase. We’ve been growing and working hard. Our lovely and amazingly hard working crew has been studying, building and even becoming arial scissor lift certified, so that we can hang greenery and flower installations from any ceiling and beam! True love of flowers and plants has led us to this life, and we can’t wait to share this passion with you! Come by, say hi!

Rosehip Social did my florals for my November 2024 wedding at the Wythe Hotel and WOW did they deliver! When I'd booked with them the year prior based on photos of their work I'd seen, I had just provided a general vibe and color scheme and trusted them to do their thing. A few weeks before the wedding I visited their shop for a table scape preview and we were able to go through specific flower types and colors and finalize some details. I ultimately ended up giving them some general guidances-- include yellows, oranges, and whites, not too fall-inspired, retro feel, tons of baby's breath-- and then let them do their thing. We ended up including a full floral ceiling installation which made the space feel magical. Everything from our bouquets to boutineers, to table scapes were expertly crafted and could've been from the fanciest celebrity wedding out there. The team was collaborative and helpful around making my budget stretch, moving pieces around the venue at different times of the night, and working with the venue's install team. Lauren and Pola from Rosehip are complete professionals and worth the premium if you want the most gorgeous florals in town. I will 100% be recommending Rosehip to friends and would book them again in a heartbeat!

        Awarded Best of Zola
We had the absolute best experience working with Florescent and Sam for our wedding! I truly cannot say enough great things about them! I came to Sam with the idea of doing a colorful meadow for our altar but the issue was that the inspo pictures I had for this were from a VERY pricy Lake Como wedding. But Sam came to the rescue and figured out a way to make my floral dreams come true on my much more limited budget! She worked hard to come up with ways that the flowers could be repurposed and used in different ways throughout the venue following our ceremony. She took all of my notes about the colors of flowers I was interested in and completely exceeded my expectations without much more direction from me! She came up with the most beautiful combinations of flowers in the arrangements and bouquets she created and totally blew us all away! When I first walked into our wedding venue I was completely amazed by what Sam and her team did and how their amazing work transformed the space and brought my dreams to life. I cannot thank Sam and her team at Florescent enough and I also cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you, thank you, thank you Sam and Florescent!!!

          Molly Oliver Flowers

          5.0

          Brooklyn, NY
          • Starts at $6,000

Hi, I’m Molly. Supporting local farmers, small farm economies, our regional food and water sheds, and social justice initiatives have been my defining passions.' Floral design work is a natural extension of my urge to create, my love of nature, and the joy I derive from hands-on team work that employs the whole body and all the senses. I launched Molly Oliver Flowers in 2012 to support regional flower growers, and to build a floral design business that approached events with a zero waste mindset.

My spouse and I got married in Queens, New York this past August. Molly of Molly Oliver Flowers was a favorite among the group of wonderful vendors who we worked with. We didn’t have a particular vision or aesthetic for our wedding going in, but Molly met with us multiple times via video call to look through photos of the local flowers that would be available during the month of our wedding, as well as vessels, table and chuppah designs, etc. After getting a sense of what we liked and what we didn’t like, she took the reins and delivered stunning flowers for our ceremony and reception, which was exactly what we were looking for. She and her team are super knowledgeable, committed to sustainability and equity, and you can trust them to make your event special. They are transparent and upfront about pricing. And on top of all that, they are also no fuss and overall a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend them more!

          Vivi Fleurz

          5.0

          Brooklyn, NY
          • Starts at $6,000

In 2013, my passion for flowers started when I landed a job at a local flower shop. Entranced by the art, I fell head over heels in love with the intricacies of designing something new & special for a specific individual. I immersed myself, continually discovering new techniques & experimenting. My traditional design skills mixed with my trained eye from the fashion industry has helped shape what my design style is today- whimsical, ethereal, & extremely detailed. I consider my arrangements & installations to be a sculptures & am inspired by nature and it’s immense growth & colors, Dutch Master paintings, & the 60s psychedelic movement.

Vivi’s floral work for our wedding was absolutely stunning. She was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and attentive to what I envisioned, even when I didn't always have the design vocabulary to describe it. Vivi was super helpful throughout the process. Several people followed up with me after the wedding to ask who did the florals. She sourced truly unique flowers that were a conversation starter and a hit with our guests. My bouquet, the unique chuppah, the bridesmaids’ bouquets—everything was perfect! A few pictures attached. I highly recommend Vivi to anyone looking for exceptional, unique, and thoughtful floral design!
