One of the best decisions we made in our planning process was working with Mostest for our October wedding in NYC! They were such a huge help from start to finish and made the whole planning process so much easier. OurMonth-of Coordinator was amazing. They took care of everything in those final weeks and kept the day running so smoothly. Any little hiccup that came up, they handled it before we even noticed. We were able to relax and just enjoy the day, knowing everything was in great hands. On top of that, the Planning Concierge team was incredible. They shared tons of free advice throughout the process and even gave us access to their preferred vendor list, which was a lifesaver. We found a few of our smaller vendors—like our cake designer and transportation—through that list, and they were exactly what we needed to tie up all the loose ends. Mostest truly felt like a team we could rely on, and they made our wedding day better than we ever could have imagined. Hiring Kristan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! I chose an a la carte kind of venue, which meant I had to source my own wedding caterer, décor, and design. When Kristan came into the picture, she helped everything run smoothly and even gave us many more ideas and recommendations to make our day so much more eventful and special! There were so many elements of my wedding and moving pieces that involved the help of friends and family, so it was inevitable that a small miscommunication between my mom and me led to missing table numbers and no bucket for our sparklers at the end of the night. However, Kristan was there and available to rescue us and she handled everything on the fly, easily smoothing out any hiccups without me, Connor, or my family and friends having to spend any time working to fix anything awry on our big day. She was a godsend! I was MOST excited about eating my wedding food, and we planned to eat before the ceremony, but the food was running behind! Kristan was so on top of things and quickly adjusted our schedule to get our food out to us within a good time! With all our planning and discussions in advance, she knew how important eating the food was to me. I'm telling y'all - I did NOT worry for a second, and I felt completely confident in Kristan's ability to care of everything. Boy did she deliver!! She also organized our rehearsal dinner, and we had so many compliments about how professional and put-together she was- she had her mic and speaker box, and it was clear she was in full control of the event! Beyond her incredible communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Kristan has the most energetic and cheerful personality! She never made us feel bad for switching plans, changing ideas, or adjusting timelines- she rolled with it all seamlessly. That was such a huge relief, especially as someone who leans a bit more towards people-pleasing, to have someone that never made me feel bad about what I wanted and encouraged and rolled with all of my ideas with such genuine excitement! :) We love her, we've already recommended her to friends who are using her for their wedding, and we will continue to recommend her to anyone planning their big day!! I want to begin by saying that I was hesitant when choosing a wedding coordinator because some that I had spoken with before weren't open to my vision for our wedding. Mackenzie right off the bat was just a spark of joy and a light in the wedding planning process! She was able to set up a meeting over zoom and instantly, I knew she was different. She was so supportive of our dreams for our day and really helped bring everything to life! She assisted with small things I probably would have never thought of as well as big things I knew would stress me out. From decor to communication with vendors to literally making sure she brought us our plate of food personally to our sweet heart table, Mackenzie was an excellent source of help. She was our day of coordinator but in reality she was so much more. She took care of us and made sure we were priority so we could soak in all the joy it is to have a wedding without the stress. She handles business so well and is very reliable. My husband had never met her prior to wedding day and after the wedding, he had nothing but great things to say about her about how nice and helpful she was! They were on point on getting my venue ready and knew that I wanted things on time. They would text me throughout the day while getting ready to just make sure on things. Jessica & Denecia were both amazing from the first initial point of contact Jessica was responsive she answered our millions of questions and concerns and on the wedding day she executed everything so well she was calm at all times and kept everyone else calm she made sure all of the vendors were there and that everything and everyone was setup. Once the wedding was over she made sure everything was packed up for me and put in its designated place she made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything! Adrianna was so wonderful to work with from the very first message I sent her. Other vendors took days to respond to requests for info but Adrianna was so responsive and answered all questions thoroughly and promptly. Adrianna kept in touch constantly and was so prepared for every meeting. Organization and preparedness are definitely strengths of hers. She helped me plan my whole (large) wedding in 4 months, and it was flawless. Adrianna took over communication with all vendors so that I didn’t feel stressed at all during the month leading up to my wedding. On my wedding day, I was able to relax and just show up and enjoy. Blake and his team are the best in the industry, hands down. We booked him for a full wedding package. He made sure everything was perfect for us. During the planning process, he was always easy to reach and very patient with our many questions. He was super communicative throughout the entire engagement period. He gave great recommendations for vendors too. Even if we decided to go with other vendors, he was extremely professional and took everything in-stride. He was highly organized: he kept detailed notes for all our requests and meetings and ensured we were always aware of how things were progressing by using a Trello board, which was extremely assuring! I’m a Type A perfectionist, so I was worried about leaving everything in someone else’s hands but it was SO SO easy to relax because I knew he was taking care of it. I couldn’t recommend a more competent wedding planner. If you’re on the fence or even just starting your search for a wedding planner, I can confidently say your search is done! You found the best!
