For the couple who just got engaged and either don’t know where to begin or whose busy lifestyle doesn't leave time for planning a wedding. We are with you from start to finish. We'll help you design the perfect event that truly reflects your personality and vision. From securing vendors and finding the perfect location to coordination both the ceremony and reception, we will be there until the last guest leaves.

You've secured the big stuff like finding a venue and a few vendors, but you are overwhelmed when it comes to finalizing the smaller details such as what rentals to order and how to stay in budget without compromising your vision. We can step in and help you stay on task, and secure any remaining vendors, and ensure that all your plans are working seamlessly.

Our Day of Coordination package is designed to relieve you from any stress beginning the week of your wedding. The most important item of this package is the fact that it is our goal to ensure you, your fiancé, and your family and friends enjoy your special day while we handle everything else! We’re the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave.

    Oh my gosh where do I even start?! Blake and his team are AMAZING!! I had an idea of what I wanted and needed someone to help make my dream come true and Blake did that and so much more. I didn't even know there was a mistake with the catering until later and it had all been handled by Blake and his team. I was so grateful for them and all they did in handling everything. They were always so lovely, so professional, and made sure my wedding was exactly what I wanted. I've always heard that weddings cost a lot and to not get a planner to save money, but if I had to do it again I would hire Blake and his team over and over again. They are worth it.

    I could not - and would not - have made it through my wedding without Blake and Frida. Hiring Occasions & Co. as my day-of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. From the start, Blake went above and beyond. He checked in regularly, answered every question I had, and made sure every detail was in order leading up to the big day. Every email was answered promptly, every change I made was met with positivity, and I always felt like he was just a call or message away. He created a perfect day-of timeline and coordinated seamlessly with every single vendor. The moment Blake took over communication, I felt an instant wave of relief. And then there’s Frida - my GIRL. From the moment she arrived at the venue until we drove away in our getaway car, she was right by my side, making sure everything ran flawlessly. Somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once - setting up, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting, and yet still making me feel like I was her only priority. My husband and I always had a drink in hand, our needs were anticipated before we even voiced them, and everything around us came together effortlessly. When a couple of vendors I had booked separately dropped the ball, Frida handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure everything stayed on track. She was a dream to work with, and I truly owe so much of our perfect day to her. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and hire Occasions & Co. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for - and more - because of them. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat for any future event. If I could go back in time, the only thing I’d do differently would be to hire them for full-service planning from the start!

    Owner Blake Herrera & the entire Occasions & Co team made our 40th high school reunion a hit. We worked on the event for just over a year beginning with site & date selection & ending with a fun, well-organized, successful reunion. Blake & the team attended to every detail & helped me with great options at every decision-point in the process. They delivered EXCEPTIONAL VALUE for their reasonable professional fee.     Our daughter had the most beautiful wedding, and we could not have done it without Blake and the team at Occasions & Co. They were wonderful as our consultants, florist, day-of coordinator, and all-around support system! From the minute we started working with Blake, the “stress” of a big wedding ceased to be an issue for me and my daughter. His preferred vendors were fantastic, and we used his videographer Chevy (incredible), his DJ (Chris Brown), his transportation recommendation (AJL), and the fabulous hair and make-up team (Grand Slam Glam). The team at Occasions had helped plan every detail (the timeline was a lifesaver) and Blake had told me repeatedly that there was nothing for me to worry about that day – they had us. And he was right! I loved every minute of the day with my daughter and feel so lucky that this wonderful team helped us give Molly the wedding of her dreams! I can’t recommend Occasions & Co. highly enough and have told several of her bridesmaids from the wedding when they asked who the best in the business is – they make dreams come true!
