What sets us apart from others is that we work with the couple to gather as much detail about their vision as possible in our initial planning meeting. From there, we create very detailed mood boards based on their vision, or sometimes visions if they are torn between different aesthetics. This helps them get a full view of what each wedding design could look like so they feel comfortable and confident in their choices. Another great thing about working with me is that I don’t limit full planning and partial planning clients to a certain number of meetings with me.

The best wedding planning experience we could have asked for. We hired Jessica for the full planning service and it was the best decision we ever made. Jessica made the entire planning process so smooth and always made sure I never felt stressed or overwhelmed. She brought our vision to life and exceeded all of our expectations! Day of wedding was absolutely amazing and everything flowed so smoothly and on time if there were any challenges with set up or vendors both my husband and I never heard of it because her and her team did such an amazing job handling everything and making sure that the both of us just had fun and enjoyed our day. I will never be able to thank Jes and her team for all that they did and for making our day everything we could have hoped for!

Jess truly cares about her couples and clients. It is very evident that she goes to great links to see that their wedding or celebration is complete, organized, fun, and within whatever the client's budget range is. I am a DJ and have worked a dozen or so events with her and her team and everything always flows so smoothly that her clients get to really enjoy whatever the celebration is about. Jess takes time to understand your vision for the event and puts together a vendor portfolio worthy of that vision. She works very well with all of the vendors and goes through several drafts of the agenda to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows how to collaborate with them on social media. All in all, Jess's process for executing your event to your liking is her first priority and she'll make you feel like you're the only one she's working with.

I've worked many wedding with Jessica Deltoro Weddings. Every time I see Jessica Deltoro Weddings listed as "planner" for one of my weddings, I get excited. I know the couple and their family will be relaxed because she's handling all the little and big details. The timeline layout she designs for each wedding is gorgeous and easily understood by the couple and all of us vendors. I've seen her handle unforeseen circumstances with ease because she always seems to have a backup plan. Anytime I had any questions, I felt heard. She was quick to respond even on day of. I've even reached out to her for input because she always has recommendations on styles and all types of vendors. And just for fun, she has shared some entertainment vendors I didn't know existed! If you're looking for a planner who really knows the DFW area, I highly suggest Jessica Deltoro Weddings!
