We specialize in full service planning, from the start of your planning process to the day of, we are there every step of the way to keep you on track and organized. We have partial and month of management packages available as well. Please send a message to set up an appointment.

Throughout the planning process, our clients serve as our biggest inspiration. As we learn more about you, we like to incorporate elements of your culture, love story, family and friends. It’s those heartfelt moments and family traditions that are so meaningful and memorable. We are LGBTQ friendly and would love to help anyone enjoy their day stress free. We are on site from beginning of your day through your exit, ensuring every detail is carefully executed.

    Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day went smoothly, and I had such a wonderful stress free day! I absolutely could not have done it without her and her husband. We were blown away by the level of organization and attention to detail, and the effort they put into making sure everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better wedding day, and can’t recommend Kelsey enough. She thought of everything, and communicated with me and helped me make decisions when I wasn’t sure what to do. She knew exactly what to do when we had unexpected changes, and the day went on without a hitch. We were so incredibly grateful to have had her help on our big day!

    We’ve teamed up with Kelsey for a variety of food and cake services and the communication is top notch—we ALWAYS know what’s going beforehand and know that if she’s in charge of the wedding, it’s going to be a snap! Great service every time, we’ll book with her every chance we get!

    I honestly couldn't have done it without them! They listened to my vision, and made it happen without adding any extra stress, very supportive, and hard working. Complete natural at what they do, and how they do it! You won't be disappointed especially with the crew they have beside them in case your in need of anything, all great people, works well together, and friendly! They are top of the line, amd very resourceful!

    Kelsey has continually impressed me with her professionalism under pressure. When our venue was late for our meeting, she never lost her cool. She has years of experience with vendors and venues and it really shows. I can’t wait to recommend her to our friends and family when they are in need of an event coordinator! She’s become a real friend of ours!! Also the CAKES are just NEXT LEVEL. Check out their photos on facebook, I’m always impressed at what they accomplish!!
