Wild Rose Planning & Events was established in 2021 by two wedding industry experts. Throughout our years in the industry, we felt there was a gap in the planning process, making it feel more like work than fun. We’re here to provide you with the experience you deserve — stress free, organized, and memorable!

We are your wedding planner but we hope to be so much more. We work closely with our couples, creating a genuine relationship that lasts far after the wedding day. Before the planning even begins, we want to know everything about you as a couple — your personalities, your pet peeves, your styles, your minds, what makes you tick — all of it. When we develop this deep foundation, we can make decisions exactly how you would make them and create a stunning day you’ve only ever dreamt about.

Description	For the couple who wants a stress free wedding planning experience. We take over the management of all vendors, review all contracts, plan your honeymoon, all while you don't lift a finger.	All of our packages are available for destination weddings, coordination can look a little different based on if you would like for us to travel with you or manage the event from afar.	For the couple who wants to be more involved in the wedding planning process. We will have monthly meetings and touch base on the vendors that need to be booked, create a detailed timeline, and of course will be there day of for your special day. Brenna was our wedding coordinator and we could not recommend her more! We met monthly leading up to our wedding month and she kept us on track with the details and decisions. She was organized, positive, and had great communication with us and vendors. She helped us brainstorm ideas and always respected our decisions and what we valued. On our wedding weekend we met Molly and were immediately impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and style. Brenna and Molly made our wedding day go absolutely perfect. They handled all details both big and small which allowed me and my family to just enjoy the moments. From bringing us our dinner (we had a buffet), to grabbing my shawl when it got chilly, to keeping track of gifts and packing our wedding cake to go, to returning items to myself and vendors in the days following the wedding, they were so considerate and genuine. I am so glad they were a part of our day!

We used Brenna and Molly with Wild Rose Planning for our wedding in September. It was an incredible experience. We had a mini destination wedding in a very active venue that we didn't know super well yet. They made all the proper planning and accommodations to ensure it was a very smooth wedding for us and our guests. Everything was beautiful in the end. Their recommended team of musicians and officiant went perfect. Smooth is actually an understatement given how it played out compared to the given circumstances of a wedding away from your home city. Whether it was related to wedding party clothing, needing a snack between pictures, coordinating with the photo or video team, dealing with the resort and their staff or answering questions for our guests, they were both on top of it all. I couldn't recommend their services any higher with words. To top everything off they were involved and had great partners for helping us plan a European Honeymoon! These girls are top notch and you'd be missing out if you don't have them on your team for your big day or weekend!

From the moment we booked Wild Rose Planning & Events, they were an absolute joy to work with. Their communication style was active, helpful, great, and wonderful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was responsive, flexible, creative, and perfect. I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had working with Brenna and Molly from Wild Rose Planning Events. Brenna was my primary planner, and we opted for their full-service package, which was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. From day one, Brenna was on top of everything – even with the small but essential details like parts of our invites, menus, and custom signage. She truly went above and beyond, bringing a personal touch and creative flair that made our wedding so special. Brenna and Molly brought so much creativity to the planning process. They even used their Cricut to add those perfect handcrafted details that made everything feel unique to us. I had a few items I wanted from Pinterest, and Brenna took care of all the ordering, handling all the specifics with the vendors. Every time I reached out, she was quick to respond, making me feel reassured and at ease throughout what could have been a stressful process. Something especially unique about Brenna is that she went above and beyond, working closely with a travel advisor to plan my entire three-week honeymoon abroad. She handled every detail, from flights and accommodations to curated experiences that made our honeymoon an unforgettable extension of our wedding celebration. Her dedication to planning every part of this experience truly blew me away, and I felt completely cared for even after the wedding day was over. Planning an out-of-town wedding could have been a logistical nightmare, but Brenna and Molly made it seamless. Their network of vendors is outstanding, and I felt so comfortable knowing they had connections with everyone from florists to photographers. On the big day, every vendor seemed genuinely excited to work with them, creating a lively, positive atmosphere that elevated our celebration even more. We got married at Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge, a dream venue. Thanks to Wild Rose, I was able to have a hands-off experience for what is normally a hands-on process. Running my own small business, I know how important it is to have reliable partners, and Wild Rose Planning Events delivered every step of the way. They made it possible for me to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day, knowing every detail was flawlessly handled. Wild Rose Planning Events came highly recommended by a friend, and now I see why.
