“When my husband and I got engaged in May 2023, Wild Rose was the very first vendor I booked (I sent my inquiry the day after he proposed). As a venue owner with more than 5 years in the industry at the time, I knew that the most important, non-negotiable vendor would be our coordinator. I knew that I wanted the full planning aspect so that I could enjoy the process as a BRIDE, not from an industry or “work” perspective. Brenna and Molly had been so amazing to work with at the venue, I absolutely loved their product and knew I had to have them do my wedding. From day one they made me feel so confident in our choices, our to-do list felt like it was handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They fully designed our day - stationary, florals, decor rentals, it was such a blast to have our check-in meetings on Zoom to SEE our design come together. They handled all of the vendor exchanges, including when we arrived to our venue in Costa Rica and it looked completely different than the pictures online so we ended up moving our ceremony site to our welcome party site with 24 hours to go! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t worry for a second, but I did worry - if only for a second. Truly Brenna and Molly said “we got this” and they handled it so easily. I was worried about packing two wedding dresses for international travel - Molly had me bring them and my suitcase to work and she herself packed them perfectly. When we got to Costa Rica they came to our villa to unpack and hang them safely. On my wedding day Molly steamed my veil and was actually the one to get me in my dress. They were also so incredibly understanding with everything I wanted to do to include my mother who passed away in 2021. I brought a necklace with cremation remains and they so lovingly tied it on my bouquet for me. They carried the portrait I had my now mother-in-law carry down the aisle around with them throughout the day like she was just hanging out with them. They even took the portrait back to their flat so mom was at their “after party.” Our 3 sons are the first to refer our friends and family that are wedding planning to “Miss Brenna and Molly” - they loved hanging out with them for the week we were together. Overall - I love Brenna and Molly enough to spend a year in meetings with them AND fly them to Costa Rica for a week, along with our 30 closest family and friends. Their care, attention to detail, and confidence continue to amaze me and Wild Rose will always and forever be the best thing I ever did for our wedding!”

“I truly believe Aleacia needs to raise her prices! She made every part of our day so seamless, and her staff were super accomodating. While we were getting ready, Aleacia came in to check on us and noticed some wrinkeles in a bridemaid dress. In five minutes, she was back with a steamer! She even found a pin that had gotten left behind in my wedding dress that definitely would have hurt if she hadn't gotten it out before I put it on. While setting up, I never saw her once get frustrated (even when I certainly would have been overwhelmed), and her staff seemed to really like working with her. She was constantly checking in with them, us, our guests, and other vendors to make sure we didnt need anything, fixing details, or even sweeping the floor before guests got there. And that was just during the wedding! Before that, Im sure I drove her crazy with all my questions, but she always made time for me and helped me feel less stressed! I cant reccommend All A's enough!!!! In my opinion, if you don't have an Aleacia at your wedding, your missing out!!!!”

“My husband and I got married in December 2023 and used Sofi for the entirety of our wedding planning. I'm not great at, nor do I enjoy planning parties/events, but once we explained our general vision, vibe, and hopes for our day, it was obvious Sofi had a clear idea of what we wanted and she hit the ground running. I cannot even fathom what our wedding would've been like without her. Every detail was carefully curated. She stuck to our budget and honestly made everything so enjoyable with her bubbly, fun, and kind personality. She felt like (and I'd like to this was!) a close friend throughout the course of the year that we planned our wedding, and then the day of the wedding came and she was all business (I mean that in the most respectful and awe-inspiring way). Her and her team could not have made the day easier or more stress-free for us. She was on top of everything and her attention never wavered from doing everything she could to make it the best day ever for us. There was even a small detail that was wrong with our drink menu at the bar; we had incorporated our dogs' names and a sketch of them, and the wrong sketch had been placed next to the wrong dog name. We wouldn't have been upset in the slightest, and yet Sofi made a call and had the corrected drink menu on its way within seriously only 20 minutes! Our special day just would not have been the same without Sofi's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and unique eye for design.”

“Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. “When I first started to plan our wedding I was not sure I needed a wedding coordinator but boy was I wrong! Having Lyss for our big day was a game changer. She handled so much- from helping keeping every timeline on track, to setting up decor, to steaming dresses and providing Bobby pins to bridesmaids, my niece ripped her dress and she pulls out a sewing kit and helps fix it, she even saved me with deodorant at one point throughout the day. Another thing I loved is that she took pictures behind the scenes so the next morning when I woke up I had pictures to look back on instead of waiting weeks for my photographers photos. She helped my family with clean up at the end of the night too. She never missed a beat and made it where myself and my family members weren’t running around completing tasks and could actually enjoy the day.
