The Ballroom

A unique backdrop for your perfect event

The Ballroom features an expansive 30-foot high barrel-vaulted ceiling, complimented with original wrought iron chandeliers and OG architectural details. Recent updates include polished concrete floors with walnut inlay, light fixtures and clean, white paint. The Ballroom was a chapel during the 1920's.

    Being a wedding vendor I have always loved La Villa and imagined my own wedding be there. What sealed the deal was the choice of reserving the space for 4 hours versus an entire day. We didn't need the space for the entire day, and Hannah was extremely flexible with us on how we wanted to utilize the space. Also having a wedding in August where the weather could be EXTREMELY hot I knew we would still have beautiful indoor photos regardless of weather. Thankfully the weather was on our side and we got utilize the entire venue space how we imagined. It's beautiful. Thank you Hannah for making our day so special!

    Our wedding at La Villa was an absolute dream come true! Hannah, the owner, was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process, making everything so much easier for us. The venue itself was perfect for our minimalistic vision—elegant, timeless, and beautifully maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. Highly recommend La Villa to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at La Villa! We reached out about 14 months in advance to tour the space and fell in love immediately. The space is both modern and vintage at the same time, which really appealed to my overall vision for the day. It is minimalist while also being detailed with the beautiful Spanish architecture and details. It was the dreamiest space for a spring April wedding but would be gorgeous any time of year. Hannah Estabrook was fantastic to work with and was excellent with communication. Even after we booked, we were still over a year out and she answered all of my many questions about the space and dimensions, etc. She also provided a fantastic list of vendors, several of which we went with because of the recommendation who turned out to be fantastic as well. Specifically we worked with Brookside Wine and Spirits for the alcohol and bartenders, 3SIX5 Events for our DJ, and Daylight Flora for our florist. Each of them was amazing to work with and knew the set up well at La Villa. They require you to hire a day-of coordinator at the minimum and this is excellent to do so that there is someone able to organize the day and the vendors without having to rely on your family members or friends (or yourself). One thing to note is that it may seem very echo-y when you tour the space because there is nothing in the space when it is not set up for an event. I was slightly worried abou the echo, but on the day of when all of the people and chairs and everything are in the space, it had beautiful acoustics for both the music and for speaking and I did not hear an echo whatsoever. We highly recommend La Villa and Hannah and her team and if we could give them more than 5 stars we would because they were amazing!!!
