Description	For the couples that want support planning and value intentional details, refined aesthetics, and a seamless planning experience.	Our Partial Planning Package includes all the features of our Wedding Management Package PLUS 10 additional planning.	We offer (2) coordination packages: Coordinate & Management Coordinate: 6 weeks $2,800 \| Management: 3 months $3,800 Full Service Planning. One of our lead coordinators will review all of the hard work that you’ve put into planning your dream wedding while piecing together the logistics of that big day. Your coordinator will take over vendor communication at this time, and start curating your weekend-of timeline for a seamless wedding day.	Our micro wedding & elopement planning + design services are for couples wanting to celebrate their love story with their closest friends & family. Elopements \| up to 10 guests Micro Weddings \| up to 50 guests Upon contract, we will begin working hand-in-hand to plan, design and coordinate your perfect wedding day.

Best Wedding Coordinator!!
Hiring Laura and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly cannot say enough good things about Laura, Morgan, and Audi. As typical brides do, I originally thought I would be totally fine planning and organizing my wedding day myself. I then realized I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I also realized that I didn’t want to spend my wedding day worrying about timelines and whether everything was going smoothly. When I first reached out to Laura she responded so quickly, and during our very first meeting (before I had even officially hired her!) she was already giving me helpful tips and ideas. She is SO organized — spreadsheets, timelines, even a list of things to remember to pack for the wedding day. She answered all my questions, calmed my stress more than once, and worked so hard to track down THREE disco balls for our dance floor. She immediately understood the vibe I was going for and supported me through the whole planning process. I can't even gush more about how wonderful our wedding day was. On the wedding day, Laura was literally everywhere. My whole family kept commenting on how amazing she was, running around making sure everything was happening on time and going smoothly. I didn't stress for a single minute, because I knew everything was in good hands. Her assistant Morgan was the GOAT. She stayed by my side basically the entire night. At one point a family member had me a little rattled and she calmly escorted them away and then came right back to check on me. She even helped me pee in my dress — which honestly tells you everything about the level of support she gave me that night! At the end of the night I literally cried because I was so happy and everything was so perfect. Our wedding day would not have been the same without Laura and her team. I would recommend her to any bride — whether you’re nervous and want someone firmly in your corner, or you simply want to relax and know someone amazing is making sur ethe cake arrives on time.

From start to finish, the team at At Ease Events Kansas City was a dream to work with. Their communication was always quick, thorough, and effective, which helped make the wedding planning process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly detail-oriented and truly cared about making our special day perfect. The At Ease team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every aspect was taken care of, and by the end of the night, it felt like we were saying goodbye to good friends. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we cannot recommend them highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

Hire them now!!
My husband and I got married on October 12th, 2024 and we worked with Laura on our big day. She was an absolute dream to work with! Hire them, NOW! I pinky promise that you won’t regret it. I am quite organized and I truly thought that I would be able to handle the wedding day on our own.. I was totally wrong. We are eternally grateful that we hired At Ease Events. Laura was the absolute best! She was organized and beyond helpful. I even got compliments from our fellow vendors regarding how much they liked and appreciated Laura. I cannot rave about how much I appreciated Laura on our big day. She was running around making sure that everything was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. If I needed her, she was there! She took such great care of us on our special day and also the entire month before. We cannot thank Laura enough! Cheering you and your team on always!!

Owner, Laura C. has been in the events industry since 2015, with a vast background in planning, design, food & beverage and more. Typically we are apart of 20-25 couples wedding days a year. We are advocates of the non-traditional, unique festivities to show each couples personalities on their special day.

Currently we have 4 team members. Depending on your planning needs and package, you’ll have between 2-4 of us on your wedding day.

This is dependent on your planning/coordination services. typically between 3months-1 year. We offer (2) two coordination packages: Coordination beginning 6-weeks prior to your date & Management beginning 3-month prior to your date; along with our unique Partial Planning Services and Full Planning Service for all weddings including elopements, micro, intimate and traditional wedding sizes.

No. We like to focus our team's undivided attention on one-couple a weekend.

Yes! We offer day-of styling as well as partial and full design planning separately or in addition to our planning & coordination services.

We offer (2) two coordination packages: Coordination beginning 6-weeks prior to your date & Management beginning 3-month prior to your date. Both of these services allow us the needed time to relieve the logistical duties from you and your spouse and connect with each of your vendors.
