About this venue

The Martin Event Space is located in South Kansas City, Missouri, in the community of Martin City. This historic and charming event space offers 3,800 square feet in what was formerly a church from the 1800s. The venue features 17-foot vaulted ceilings, custom chandeliers, french doors, a private courtyard, and spacious bridal suites. The Martin Event Space accommodates up to 180 seated guests.

Description

Looking for a stress-free wedding? The Weekend Wedding Package is for you! This package gives you all the amenities of the Complete Package, but it also adds on 7 hours of rental time the day before your wedding, and allows you to come back the day after your wedding to retrieve your personal belongings. You can use the additional 7 hours the day before your wedding to decorate, practice your ceremony, have your rehearsal dinner, etc.

    The space was super gorgeous. And everything ran smoothly and with grace. They were helpful months before to make sure everything ran with grace. The workers were nice and proactive. Our slideshow was lost and was only on two of the three tvs. The coordinator stayed in her office most of the day and did not come to check in to make sure no one needed anything. Overall the day was gorgeous and I would pick there again. Thank you for making my day so pretty!
