The charming property is owned and managed by the grandmother-and-granddaughter team, Connie and Raelee Wright. Together, the pair has spent five years bringing their vision to life. They're delighted to be able to share this special space with to-be-weds starting new chapters together. Warren Place Venue offers an inviting atmosphere where couples can blissfully celebrate their milestone moments with loved ones. With three spaces on one city block, full in-house decor available, and experienced venue coordinators on-site, hosting your perfect event with EASE is possible at Warren Place Venue.

The Warren, offers a chic setting for memorable receptions

The largest of our three spaces, the Warren is our main event space. Completed in 2020, this new space features soaring high ceilings, sliding glass doors for natural light, and clean, classic finishes, it provides a charming yet contemporary ambiance for special occasions. In this space, newlywedded couples can share their day with up to 388 people or 250 guests for a seated celebration.

Warren Place Venue has various rental plans to ensure every budget is accommodated. Event furniture such as chairs and tables are available for use at the property. Wedding parties are provided complete access to the bar area in The Lounge, an area found within The Warren. What’s more, caterers are permitted to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen here too.

Our experience with the Warren Place was top notch. All questions were answered quickly and they accommodated our every request. They thought of things we wouldn't have and recommended professionals for us to use who were great! We got multiple glowing comments on the venue during our event. Everyone, guests, clients, etc left happy with nothing but great things to say about the Warren Place. Thank you!

We have many options for any budget! In the Warren and Lounge, base rentals start with two or four hour slots and include tables and chairs with setup, access to the catering kitchen and bar, audio and visual equipment (bluetooth and 3 TV’s), bathrooms, water fountain, and coat check/storage access. Our base rentals now include cleaning as well - just remove the decor you want to keep at the end!

Our shortest slot time is two hours - we do this because your time slot should include your entire access time for setup and cleanup if you are not utilizing our in-house rentals exclusively.

Warren Place Venue does not carry a liquor license. If you have a cash bar or ticketed event, security is required through Gardner PD. If you are not charging guests for drinks or hosting a ticketed event, we do not require security. We do not have bar packages so you must bring your own liquor. You can also provide your own bartender - they do not have to be licensed, just designated (must stay behind the bar or shift out).

Warren Place Venue currently has an open vendor policy! We have worked with some of the best and would love to give you our recommendations. Just ask our coordination team and we can get you setup!

The booking deposit is non-refundable. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your event - if you cancel before this due date you will not be charged. If you need to move your date, Warren Place will honor the deposit and original contract being amended to include a new date within the same calendar year. Reservations are still first come, first serve.

NOT allowed: sky lanterns, throwing rice, confetti, balloons

We do! We have the East Lawn at the Warren for approximately 100 guests, and the Chapel Lawn for approximately 50 guests.
