I'm Raquel, a native New Yorker in the wedding & event industry with about 500 events & counting under my belt. I have a psychology degree and an extensive project management & logistics background. My true passion for all things wedding related along with my professional background have served to bring my wedding planning and coordination expertise to my clients. I've traveled all of NYC, and the surrounding regions, planning & coordinating weddings in every event space there is- from raw spaces, to rooftop venues, NYC Landmarks, high end hotels, and private residences.

I pour my heart into every wedding I plan and ensure that every detail is executed with professionalism and to our client’s vision. Between my close relationships with vendors & venues in the New York City wedding industry, my passion for anything wedding related, and my love for my beloved NYC, I have the knowledge and experience to bring to you the best there is! Our team is who you want on your wedding day handling all the behind the scenes so you can relax and JUST SAY YES!

With our full planning, we carefully curate the wedding you envision by hand piking vendors who will not only fit your budget, but fit your style. We include all design aspects in our full planning services and will guide you throughout this process. You'll never have to ask 'what's next'- we're always one step ahead.

Begins at 12 months and is prefect for the couple who needs more than coordination, but less than full planning. We begin this process at 6 month and assist with 1 major vendor recommendation, negotiation and contract revision. We also attend all meetings for this vendor.

    It's hard to express in words just how thankful we are for Raquel and her incredible team. We haven’t stopped basking in the joy of our wedding day, largely because of the seamless execution and the freedom to truly enjoy every moment that they granted us. Raquel and her team were the MVPs of our special day. With the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth, they ensured our wedding was a day we will never forget. Raquel’s organizational skills are unmatched—she guided us through the final stretch to make our wedding dreams a reality. From the organized spreadsheet templates to the helpful calls and the mini-rehearsal right before walking down the aisle, we felt completely reassured by Raquel’s expertise. On the day itself, we were able to be fully present, knowing Raquel and her team were orchestrating everything behind the scenes. Thanks to them, we got to enjoy every magical moment.     Raquel and her team are all-stars. With her full service planning, she asked us for our rough ideas for the wedding and connected us with vendors we meshed with *perfectly* with to turn those rough ideas into a stunning reality. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Raquel. She kept us on track and was incredibly organized throughout the planning process and clearly communicated all of her expectations to us at each meeting. She was immediately supportive of our non-traditional ideas. We didn't have a single worry during our wedding because we knew Raquel was taking care of everything, and had the whole wedding planned to the minute. She shielded us from the stress of the day, and this allowed us to feel like guests at our wedding rather than stressed out hosts. She was genuinely the first person we hugged after our ceremony was over, because we were so grateful to her and she was so integral to the success of the evening. We cannot imagine our wedding without her!

    I highly recommend “Just Say Yes NY” wedding planning and coordination services! I used Raquel’s 2 month coordination package and my wedding day could not have been more perfect. Raquel provided valuable insight and recommendations leading up to my wedding date and completely put me at ease. She was available to answer any question I had and provided several resources/guides for me to follow. She helped create a wedding day timeline for me, assisted with rehearsal and was present for our venue walk-through. Raquel and her team are highly experienced and also managed my wedding guest shuttle which was at a different hotel location from where I was staying as well. I cannot recommend Raquel enough, and I highly recommend using coordination services even if you planned the majority of the wedding yourself. Thanks Raquel!!!

    We cannot imagine our wedding without the help of Raquel and her incredible team. We worked specifically with Andrea, who was organized, responsive, and generous in all aspects of her role. They kept us on track and level-headed during the most complicated planning of our lives. We cannot recommend them enough!
