Couples have a choice of three event spaces. The upper level of the barn can comfortably seat up to 150 guests. A twentieth-century farmhouse on the property is also open for your use. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. His works are included in many private, corporate and museum collections. The space is an independent studio where glasswork is created everyday including large scale installations, lighting projects, and tabletop pieces for home or office. The showroom is open daily and features a variety of works for sale from one of a kind art to limited production pieces all made by Anthony Corradetti. Glassblowing classes & workshops are held regularly and the venue is available to rent for private events.

Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Our tented terraces can accommodate seated events up to 120 guests or cocktail style up to 180 guests.
