Fall line station was a great wedding venue! They were always one call or text away. They were very easy to work with if we needed anything! Fall line was affordable and an overall beautiful space. It’s natural beauty with brick walls, string Edson lights, and black metal, made it were you didn’t need to add many decorations! We would definitely recommend fall line to any couples looking for a venue!!

I am absolutely obsessed with The Market at Grelen! There is an endless amount of possibility for photos on the property. The accommodations for the day from start to finish are always so on point and breathtaking. The bride & groom suites have everything you need and sit back in a private location that makes it convenient to take pictures before the ceremony. Their options for ceremony locations are all you could ever ask for to invite all your friends and family witness your union & photographer's dream. The best part is the views that overlook the nursery with the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains that are unmatched at golden hour. The Greenhouse Reception tent has the most beautiful light any time of day & the reflection of the lights above is truly so romantic. Everywhere you look on the property makes a great photograph. The staff is so friendly and just does the best job running the show. Every wedding I've had the opportunity to photograph there has just been top notch & has gone so smoothly! Definitely consider visiting this venue & booking your dream wedding at this spectacular location!

Maidenwood was the absolute BEST venue we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding. Where to even begin!? Steve, Jana, and the rest of the crew are just the nicest people you will ever meet, and they made the entire process so easy from the first info call to the last song. We felt assured we were in good hands the entire time, and the confidence continued throughout the day as they seamlessly followed the timeline and made sure everything was exactly what we had planned. In addition to the amazing people, the property and buildings are truly breathtaking. It’s the perfect blend of outdoorsy, elegant, adventurous, modern, and cozy. It’s clear how much thought and effort they have put in to already create an amazing backdrop that we didn’t feel stressed with decorating at all. Every space speaks for itself and emphasizes the beautiful nature that is all around. With that, we really appreciated the freedom to make the spaces our own and include unique elements that felt true to who we are as a couple. We got to be creative with vendors, photo spots, ceremony locations, getting ready, and other optional amenities that contributed to it feeling like our own property for the day! We also highly recommend Steve’s business Trustworthy Music for a DJ. Steve added so much energy and kept our guests on the dance floor the entire time. We also highly recommend Jana for a day of coordinator. She is so knowledgeable, a blast to work with, and went above and beyond checking on us and our guests throughout the wedding. TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

The Century is an extremely beautiful venue that even pictures can't do justice! Erica Ford at The Century made everything SO easy!! Her organization and attention to detail on top of anticipating my needs because she's just THAT good, was beyond expectations! She kept me sane, helped me make my menu a complete dream (I am the only vegan amongst meat eaters), and accommodated every one of my (last minute) changes! She genuinely cared about us and our dream wedding and did everything she could to make our dreams come true! The chef, the banquet staff, the bar staff, security, everyone was so professional, on top of EVERYTHING, and made it so we had zero worries on our day. Our wedding day was a complete dream, and that's because of The Century and their amazing team of dedicated, professional, caring employees! Speaking of which, Leticia from Hand Creations Floral, their in house florist, brought my visions to life and moved me to tears with her execution! She was so easy to work with, understood our needs and vision with very minimal direction (I knew what I wanted but didn't always know how to vocalize it), and executed beyond my wildest dreams! My bouquet, which were the only flowers I had other than boutonnieres and corsages, exceeded my wildest dreams! The attention to detail, her ability to capture everything I wanted represented, and the sheer beauty could not have been accomplished with anyone else. I will sing the praises of The Century and their team from the rooftops! One of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Our wedding at HLHC was gorgeous. Everything flowed nicely in that space. They have excellent staff who were all so helpful in planning the perfect day. They were flexible and easy to plan with out-of-state, and they were accommodating for me to visit and see the new renovations. Kate, our day-of coordinator, did an excellent job to make sure everything went smoothly. The catering and bartending services were fantastic! I'm still getting compliments on the cocktails, haha.

Keeping the original name and character throughout, the space has been renovated into a wedding and event space perfect for your next event! Located on Main Street and Exposition Avenue near Downtown Dallas. The venue opened in 2017 and is operated by a mom and two daughters that created this space specifically for special events. The high ceilings, industrial vibe and high-end finish out lend itself to styles both simple and elegant and everything in between.

B&C was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. They always responded back quickly answering any questions and were helpful along the way. The venue is beautiful and we loved the exposed brick wall and farmhouse tables. Having the catering in house was wonderful! Not only did the set the tables how we wanted but the food was HANDS down the best we have ever had at a wedding. All the way around B&C was amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!Read Less

Having my wedding day at The Spot was the best experience. Working with Sam from the beginning was a smooth and seamless process. She was so helpful and so insightful not just on questions about the venue but for anything. She was there every step of the way from helping flip the room after our ceremony and getting everything set up, she made our wedding day so easy. Could not recommend enough!

We recently had our wedding in July at The Barn At Blackstone National, and I can't recommend it highly enough. This venue is an absolute gem—what we loved about it most was our ability to fall in love with it by itself, simply stunning even with no decor. The ambiance was both elegant and rustic, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that our guests are still raving about. One of the standout highlights was the food. It was nothing short of amazing, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the delicious food. It was presented beautifully, too! Also- the Barn has the BEST chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever taste and I recommend trying them regardless of what you do for your wedding dessert. What truly made our day so seamless and stress-free was our incredible wedding coordinator, Kate (Kate the great or the GOAT as well called her). From start to finish, Kate was phenomenal. Her organizational skills were impeccable, and she paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Kate's personable nature and deep knowledge of wedding planning made us feel completely at ease. She was patient and responsive, always ready to address any questions or concerns we had. On the wedding day, she conducted everything flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment with confidence and comfort. We truly are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with everyone at the Barn, but especially Kate. If you're considering The Barn At Blackstone National for your wedding, and especially if you have the chance to work with Kate, you’re in for a truly exceptional experience. We are incredibly grateful for the beautiful day they helped us create and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, making sure all of our questions were answered and details were taken care of. Andrea was fantastic to work with - she really helped bring our vision to life. As an all-inclusive venue, they handled catering, rentals, and coordination, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. The outdoor ceremony and reception spaces were beautiful and well-maintained. Guests raved about the delicious food and cocktails. The Trolley House was the perfect venue for our wedding! From start to finish, the staff was so helpful, responsive, and a joy to work with. Their communication was clear, prompt, and made planning a breeze. The venue itself is gorgeous - the restored trolley barn features beautiful exposed brick and wood beams that provided a warm, rustic backdrop for our big day. The outdoor patio area was huge and accommodated all of our guests with room to spare. They helped coordinate all of the event timing and logistics seamlessly so we could just relax and have fun. On the wedding day itself, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I can't recommend The Trolley House highly enough for couples planning their special day!

Absolutely stunning venue. The wedding went amazing with the help of Julie and Olivia along with the staff at Seven Ponds on our wedding day. The day was seamless and taking advantage of staying on site made the day feel stress free. It was great to have food and drink covered with the venue as this was one less vendor that could have caused stress on the big day! Planning forms were helpful to make sure all things were covered and things went according to plan. Only thing with the planning process is it seemed as if Seven Ponds tried to upsell everything and questioned some of our decisions although after talking to them, a compromise came about. Couldn’t have been happier to pick the venue for our special day and we will remember the beauty of the venue forever.

Justin and Josh are so incredibly helpful and make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. The food was great and the venue is beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that these are cabin and can be a little rustic but the beds were comfy, there was AC, and they’re clean! I loved having my wedding here and would definitely choose them again!

I could not be more thrilled and impressed with the quality of service during our wedding celebration from the staff at Mount Vernon Canyon Club. It was top notch starting from our initial communication with Barbara to the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Barbara made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we showed up to the moment we left. She made us feel calm and took care of everything that needed taking care of without us having to remind her. She even boxed up all of the leftover food for us that we were too anxious to eat (all of which was absolutely delicious). The view is spectacular from the deck and after some initial rain and lightning, we were even blessed with a double rainbow! As a wedding venue, Mount Vernon is a perfect 10/10.

It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. We scoured the Steamboat area for a reception site, and when we found SSC, it was a no brainer. The location is awesome, in the heart of downtown, a block from the river, views of the mountain, and adjacent to the free bus for our guests to use. The value was second to none, Tim & Michael provide so much that not only makes the space great, but makes your life easier. A/V included, built-in bar, heated patio, furniture included, I could go on. On top of that, they are so easy to work with, always responding quickly and accommodating what we needed, they were flexible with us right up until the day. I cannot recommend enough! The entire Grands team was amazing to work with from start to finish! Joe (general manager) gave us an in-depth tour and made sure we knew all of our options. Mel (events director) made sure we stayed on track with timeline and choosing all the details. Larry (entertainment director) made sure our guests had the best time - I don't think the dance floor was ever empty! And we can't forget about Alyssa (day of coordinator) - she made sure the team had us covered in ways we would have never thought. She made the day stress-free, which was a dream! I can't say enough good things about Threes - the staff, the venue, the managers - everyone was incredibly wonderful, so responsive, and helpful through the entire night and the year leading up to our event. My husband and I decided to plan the wedding ourselves and were looking for something pretty all-inclusive. Threes offered catering in-house, is obviously a (very good) beer bar, and needed minimal decorations (we had a summer casual vibe). It is narrow, but we were looking for a space that felt intimate, but had space for 120 or so people to gather, dance, eat (we didn't want a seating chart), all around the restaurant. Leading up to the event was a breeze - Angie walked us through what to expect and gave sample timelines of how they typically navigate things. I had a lot of questions as I wanted to bring in my own decorations, and she made sure I got all the information I needed and as quickly as possible. Threes gave options for getting ready spaces, let us drop things off days in advance, and treated us so well every time we dropped by to pick or drop something off or chat through some questions. Of note: the food vendors were rotating, so we saw a few different menus, but were given the freedom to pic the one we preferred. I will say; the tasting was fine, the food day-of was MUCH better which was an unexpected surprise. The day-of came, and we needed a rain plan due to a tropical storm blowing in, and Angie eased my anxiety and made sure a plan was in place. Throughout the day every. single. staff member. was SO warm, on top of it, and ready to help with whatever we needed. I cannot recommend working with the staff and team at Threes enough.

Every single part of our time at Stonebridge was so beautiful. The staff is so gracious and professional. Our coordinator, Riley, was an angel and made our day so special. The all inclusive element really makes planning so easy and you feel supported throughout the process. They are SO organized and answer your questions before you ask them. The food and drinks were awesome too. Like I was ready for it be just average, just cause most wedding food is, but it was actually so good!!! Also the vendors they work with are top tier. Every single person we worked with was great and I am so grateful.

My husband and I got married at Arrowwood on May 26. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We used not only the venue, but the add on services of coordination, decoration, and floral. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it and I would describe the day as perfect. Every question that I had leading up to the day was answered quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Our coordinator, Bri, truly made the day so easy and fantastic. She was on top of everything from decorations, wrangling groomsmen, and making sure I was having a relaxing/ fabulous time. I could not be more thankful for her help and her guidance in making decisions and the wedding timeline. If you are considering using Arrowwood, do it!!

We had the most magical day of our lives getting married at the Hampshire House in early May this year. Right from the get go, Hampshire House checked all our boxes when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It has that old New England charm, is located right next to the beautiful Public Gardens and is the perfect size for an intimate, small to medium sized wedding (we had 60-70 guests in attendance). Most of all, the food here is beyond exceptional and some of the best we’ve had. We are major foodies, and having food that was well-plated, generously portioned, and above all delicious and memorable was a high priority item for us. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Sydney Turnbull and the Hampshire house team. Sydney is the most kind, professional, and detail-oriented catering sales manager and event coordinator and thanks to her, all our venue planning with Hampshire House was truly smooth sailing and stress-free. Sydney constantly kept us in the loop with next steps in our planning timeline, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for our wedding (such as floral placements during our ceremony, order and timing of toasts/speeches, seating arrangements, the list goes on!) She kept in contact with all our vendors, always promptly responded to our many emails, walked us through all the steps during our ceremony rehearsal —somehow making it seem much less daunting, and on our big day Sydney seemed to always be one step ahead, preparing and leading us through every portion of our wedding timeline in such a seamless way. Lastly, since our wedding ended late into the evening, Hampshire House thoughtfully held on to and organized all our florals, and various wedding signage and other items so that we were able to return and pick it up at the venue on a following day. This made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all night of and could end our wedding day with the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Truly, we cannot recommend Sydney and the Hampshire House enough and if we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

We had a wonderful wedding at The Garrison in August in 2024- from the minute we saw this breathtaking venue, we knew it was a special place where we could see ourselves spending one of the most important days of our life. I immediately got in touch with Bridget, who from day one was super accessible, transparent, kind and willing to work with us. Bridget walked us through the entire planning process, from a tasting where we were made to feel super special by the wonderful Fatima (who ended up being our day of attendant and was AWESOME) to every last detail of our special day. The venue itself is gorgeous, the sunset over the mountains, the floor to ceiling windows, the beautifully maintained grounds - our guests were in AWE. The staff was wonderful, they made sure to treat our wedding party extra special and gave great service to our guests. My morning getting ready in the bridal suite was peaceful and easy and Bridget and Fatima kept things on task. We knew our day was in great hands with Bridget and the team at The Garrison and we can't thank them enough for making our wedding such a memorable and beautiful day.

Our wedding in Abigail’s Garden was such a wonderful experience. The staff, the food, and the grounds were all fantastic. The weekend rate was out of our budget but we were able to cut the cost in half by booking a Thursday. The only downside to the venue was that we weren’t able to have a true rehearsal until the day of, and we weren’t able to access the venue until 3:30pm without paying more. I would do it all over again if I could!

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees. Some include catering, tables and chairs, and linens, while others offer just the raw space. These venues are often less expensive because you are only paying for the space itself, and you’ll have to bring in outside vendors
