We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
