The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

This space is beautiful! We are so happy we booked this for our wedding venue. Jason is so laid back and easy to work with. A lot of venues are very strict and have so many hoops to jump through, but we just got to come in and do our own thing. We got the space Friday-Sunday and for such a good price! I love the brick and hardwood floors in the ballroom, and the black and white checkered floors in the clubhouse. We utilized all the room and the rooftop! This is definitely a great venue to choose if you are on the fence about it! The only thing I was a little worried about was parking, but it ended up being okay!

Located on the shores of the Puget Sound, Waterfront Venue is situated within a former lumber mill that was recently converted from a boat house to an event space. Offering panoramic views of the Sound, the nearby Narrows Bridge, and the Olympic Mountains, Waterfront Venue boasts a stunning backdrop for any type of event. An outdoor patio allows you and your guests to take in this scenery as you exchange your vows or while enjoying a fresh pint of beer from Narrows Brewery Co. ​ The indoor venue space features 20,000 square feet of event space, topped by a vaulted ceiling and flanked by white shiplap walls. At maximum capacity, this space can accommodate up to 500 guests. Waterfront Venue hosts events starting the first week of June and ending on the last day of September.

This venue is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect setting for my wedding. I loved having the Puget Sound and Narrows Bridge in the backdrop as we said, “I do.”. Having access to the dock for golden hour photos made for some beautiful photos. The venue was a great value for everything it comes with – tables, chairs and linens that view.. it can’t be beat. It was a hot, beautiful, but hot summer day (high of 83 degrees) when I got married at the venue and it was pretty hot throughout the venue, but especially inside bridal suite and cove (where we took a lot of our bridal & family photos). There were some fans in the bridal suite, but I wish I had brought extra fans for the bridal suite because it was HOT. It would have been nice if I had a hand fan for myself during photos because it was just super warm and I had a big hot dress on. The fans inside the main area of the venue helped when you were standing near them, and having the garage doors open helped too but the venue could definitely benefit from a few more giant fans. Other than the heat, it was a great venue. If I had to do anything differently, it would just be to bring some extra fans. It was a sweaty party, but it was a fun party! The Waterfront Venue is a great venue to host your event.

At least one overnight stay required for wedding events. Cabins are rustic, dorm-style, with 4 to 10 beds per room and separate bathhouses. Many buildings are heated and all within walking distance of the main hall, but some are open-air enclosed cabins. Our event spaces are large and suitable for big group meetings and activities. Outdoor ceremonies can be held throughout the grounds or in the main hall. Our 4,000-sf main dining hall has a large commercial kitchen.The in-floor heating system retains heat in the event of a winter power outage.

Getting married at Camp Parsons was great. Josh Cunningham, the camp director, went above and beyond to help us with our special day. Josh answered any and all questions, answering with the most friendly, helpful attitude. The camp is situated in a private and gorgeous area, right on the bay. If you/guest love camping this is a great place to rent out for a long weekend wedding. We rented out the whole camp Friday-Sunday afternoon and our guests had a blast. Because the camp is nestled between forest and ocean it afforded us a lot of opportunities for amazing pictures. The health lodge was perfect for getting ready and for us (bride and groom) to stay in the night of the wedding. All in all, the venue was affordable, had everything we needed for a successful wedding and we will forever have great memories of our marriage.

We LOVED our wedding at IslandWood! I worked on the events team at IslandWood from 2019-2021, before shifting careers completely. I personally already knew the food would taste amazing, as I used to always eat the leftovers when I worked there. But eating food from a menu that my husband and I got to custom design with Jim was truly an unforgettable experience. All of the guests loved the food, and Jim and his team tackle every request that you throw their way! My husband is Dominican, and Jim made sure that the Dominican food he made was authentic and delicious. At one point, my husband's aunts asked whether a Dominican was working in the kitchen! Moreover, Erica, our event planner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect weekend! IslandWood is a magical place, and your wedding will be magical if you choose to have it there. We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!

We live in Seattle and wanted to get married in the city, and were drawn to industrial type venues. I think all in all we toured 15 venues across different Seattle neighborhoods and ended up choosing WithinSodo for it’s versatility in space, it’s already existing beauty (hint-budget brides- you really don’t need much additional decor unless you really want it), the welcoming staff, the easy kitchen for caterers, its size being large enough for our group but small enough to still feel intimate (we invited 200, 140 showed) and the opportunity to have some outdoor space on our wedding day. The energy in this venue is electric and we felt it each time we visited. While needing to use the in house bar at first felt like a con because it can be more expensive than doing it on your own-in the end became a pro as the ease of having everything taken care of by talented professionals (our drinks were amazing, the bar staff even worked with us to create a secret cocktail on the menu) was well worth it-and the cost was much lower than we expected given our friend group of happy drinkers. We loved everything about spending our wedding day at within Sodo from the ambiance and the slow reveal of different rooms in the space and especially the rooftop dance party and we’ll be forever grateful that we chose this space. We can’t review WithinSodo without gushing about Kate, which feels truly evil because not everyone will get to work with her in the same capacity as we did. Kate is the venue representative but happened to be filling in for the on-site day of coordinator to plan and execute our wedding day while WithinSodo was going through a coordinator staffing change. We just have to elaborate on how lucky we feel to have been placed with Kate and how lucky you’ll be to have Kate play ANY part in your wedding day as part of the WS team. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day because Kate worked so hard and so efficiently leading up to it and the day of the wedding. Kate’s attention to detail got us thinking about aspects of our wedding day that we hadn’t even considered, and through the answers she gleaned from her thoughtful questions she knew exactly what was important to us and where we were flexible and not. She got to know us, our story, and our hopes for the day so well and by the time the wedding day came we trusted her without reservation to solve problems, make decisions, and execute the best night of our lives so that we could be present. As a wedding client you have unlimited virtual or in person walk-through sessions at the venue as you’re planning, and we found ourselves taking every opportunity not only to come see the space in person but to spend some time with Kate. Her professionalism is 10/10 but in a way that still leaves her completely approachable and fun to be around. Kate-we know that you moved mountains for us on and before our wedding day and we will never forget the love and care you gave to us. We just received a sneak peek of our wedding video and Kate makes a tiny appearance and our hearts bursted with joy when we saw this because she became so cherished in our wedding memories. While she was in the background making everything happen she was very much in the foreground of gifting us calmness, confidence, and reassurance on our wedding day.

The venue itself was funky, spacious, and felt very private - perfect for our wedding celebration. The little details they provided, like the vintage pinball machines, were a huge hit with our guests, and the food was absolutely delicious. You are on the edge of the waterway and the windows do the view justice. Plenty of space for tables and a dance floor with another section that flows well into the space. The bar and esthetics are well thought out and the staff is friendly. The patio is perfect for an outdoor ceremony If you are having guest come visit Seattle, this is as Seattle as it gets.
