About this venue

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Located in historic downtown Chehalis, the Vintage Grand Room is a beautiful site for weddings or special events. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The Grand Room is 6,000 sq. ft and features a kitchen as well as access via an elevator. A grand staircase leads up to the rooftop patio.

A short stroll up the stairs from the Vintage Grand Room leads to the Rooftop Patio, a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air and take in a beautiful sunset. The Rooftop Patio is a relaxing addition for any Grand Room event, and can also be rented standalone for smaller, more intimate gatherings. The space can accommodate up to 49 guests, and provides scenic views of the surrounding hills.
