West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside. Access to a 100’ dock brings your celebration to the water for boating, kayaking and fishing.

Bisong Art Gallery is a distinctive venue for local events in downtown Houston, Texas. The gallery is available to rent for various private events. Guests have held cocktail parties, receptions, team-building painting parties, book signings, and fundraisers to name a few. 1200sq-ft loft with exposed brick and concrete floors. The space offers a unique atmosphere for intimate events. The gallery can accommodate 60 guests cocktail-style standing (using indoor and patio).

The Neill-Cochran House Museum is located in the heart of Austin, TX, just a few minutes walk from the UT-Austin campus. We steward the city’s 10th oldest historic site (1856). We share our site, Austin, and Texas history from the city’s birth in 1839 up to 1930 through historically furnished spaces as well as numerous rotating art and history exhibitions. We’re within minutes of the University of Texas campus, Downtown Austin, and MoPac. We offer guests and hosts alike unmatched convenience as a historic and centrally located venue. We offer complimentary furnishings and linens for events up to 85 guests and onsite parking available for 40 vehicles. Design your day around a contemporary, urban take on timeless style. As an indoor venue for intimate weddings up to 50 or an outdoor venue for larger receptions and ceremonies up to 150, no other location in Austin can offer the same depth and historical charm.

The Kemp (1300 Lamar Street) was built in 1917 at the request of Flora Kemp who, when asked by her husband Joseph what she would like for her birthday, suggested a public library. The library opened its doors in 1918 with a donation of 4000 books provided by the community. In 1998, the City of Wichita Falls leased the then-defunct historic building to the Arts Council, which began an extensive renovation project to restore the building. The result was The Kemp Center for the Arts, which opened it’s doors in 2002.

River Legacy Living Science Center is both a beautiful and unique setting for a celebration, whether indoors or outdoors. With a commitment to sustainable design, River Legacy Living Science Center is a masterpiece of architecture. Our rentals are available as a full-facility package. We have a nightly rental cost of $2500 on Fridays and Saturdays and that includes the use of the Atrium, Discovery Room exhibit hall, Riparian viewing room, and Outside Terrace. That package includes access between 5 pm and 12 am (midnight). Event set up and break down must be included within the 5pm-12am window. Ask about Sunday economy rentals.
