The Bay Jewel Event Center is an elegant wedding venue situated in Corpus Christi, Texas. Blending rustic charm with modern minimalism, this versatile venue is located in the heart of the Sparkling City by the Sea’s Downtown district. Featuring 14,000 square feet of flexible event space, The Bay Jewel Event Center can comfortably welcome a maximum of 230 wedding-goers. A grand staircase leads up to the Pearl Mezzanine, a wonderful space for cocktail hours or mixers. Intimate gatherings can be hosted in the Ruby and Emerald rooms, snug settings that attendees are bound to adore. After pledging your love to one another, you can head to the Diamond Ballroom for your reception. This is a perfect spot for wining and dining with your friends and family. Replete with black pillars, windows, and palatial chandeliers, this ballroom boasts a built-in bar and ample space for mixing and mingling. Upstairs, a pair of get-ready rooms are available for couples to use.

Description

Pricing is inclusive of up to 150 guests. Additional guests can be added starting at $25/person. Married at The Bay Jewel includes use of our Diamond Ballroom, Pearl Mezzanine Room, Emerald Room, and 2 guest suites. Our most inclusive wedding package, including a full day of venue rental including a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

    I recently hosted my niece's quinceanera at this venue and was disappointed with the event coordination services provided by Alex. Despite working closely with her on the planning, Alex's unprofessional behavior and lack of attention to detail negatively impacted our experience. She made inappropriate comments in front of guests, failed to fulfill key responsibilities (such as securing the dressing rooms and following the timeline), and didn’t manage the staff properly. Her attire was casual and not appropriate for an event coordinator. However, Andrea, who assisted us earlier in the day, was exceptional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help. The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect setting for our celebration, but unfortunately, Alex's performance overshadowed it. I suggest working with Andrea to avoid similar issues.

    I cannot recommend enough! The team at The Bay Jewel made wedding planning easy and stress free with vendor recommendations and multiple planning meetings. We were all on the same page and they made my vision come to life! Wedding day was so smooth and I was able to have fun and be in the moment because they had everything taken care of and kept me in the loop throughout the night. I’m so happy we chose The Bay Jewel as our wedding venue!

    We held our wedding at The Bay Jewel and couldn't sing higher praises! Our planning process was smooth, and Renee helped us execute every single detail that was important to us. Everything was BEAUTIFUL and looked like it was straight out of a wedding magazine. Our families raved about the excellent service from the staff. We definitely recommend The Bay Jewel for your wedding!
