About this venue

Hideout on the Horseshoe is the premiere spot for any couple looking to get married directly on the Guadalupe River. Centered in the Texas Hill Country, our venue has breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River and rolling hills which make for perfect photo ops! Your ceremony will take place riverside with the Guadalupe River as your backdrop and the reception will be held in our outdoor covered pavilion with a cool breeze coming off the river and hills. Nineteen cabins are included as part of our packages so your nearest and dearest can stay on site with you. Whether you have a smaller guest count of 50, larger guest count of 275 or you fall somewhere in between our venue is perfect for you!

Weekend Package

Description

Exclusive, Full Facility use for 43 hours with an additional 4 hours to decorate (4 pm on Friday to 11 am on Sunday with the ability to begin decorating at noon on Friday)

  • 200 white resin folding chairs for the ceremony
  • 200 mahogany resin folding chairs for reception
  • 20 - 60 inch round tables
  • 8 rectangular farmhouse tables
  • 2 - 8 foot banquet tables (for caterer use)
  • 10 - 36-inch round cocktail tables
  • 2 Staff Members on site
  • Payment Processing for Guest Cabins
  • Mobile PA System to play music outside of events

Description

Exclusive, Full Facility use for 19 hours with an additional 4 hours for set up (4 pm the day of the wedding until 11 am the following morning with the ability to begin set up at noon the day of the wedding)

    This place is amazing, and has it all. Cabins for your guests, a wonderful and caring staff, a beautiful river front landing, and a covered pavilion. It’s a beautiful spot with so many gorgeous views. The best part was still the staff. Very calming, accommodating, and friendly folks made our day as seamless as possible! 10/10 would recommend!!

    I could not say enough great things about the Hideout and their staff. The venue was absolutely stunning in November with the changing colors of the trees. The rooms were clean and cozy, we had run of the whole venue and it created the most magical weekend for our family and friends. The only downside to the whole weekend we experienced was the planner you are required to use. On top of being very hard to contact and when you did chat she was often rude or short, and made it seem like she was often annoyed by questions I had. We had our wedding planned for a year and a half but thursday before we were supposed to have a rehearsal on Friday of she told me she just couldn’t get anyone “out to the middle of no where” on a Friday night for our rehearsal so I was very disappointed in that. Although she is the owner of the company so she was not the day of planner we got and the ladies who came from her company day of were absolutely wonderful. Dealing with Johnell with Clearly Classy events just added stress where it was not needed, but her staff and the staff at Hideout were so helpful when I did have these struggles.

    We were married October, 21, 2023. The venue, the staff, the day of coordinators- everything was absolutely amazing! Such a magical weekend! The rooms were immaculate! Our family stayed in the cabins on the property with us. Not only did we party the entire weekend, we made the best memories to last a lifetime!
