Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. The Castle Green is one of the most enchanting locations in Southern California. Built in 1898, with turn of the century glamour and charm, the Castle has a fabulous ground floor setting for your event. Rich in history, the Castle was converted from a hotel complex into private residences in the 1920’s. Today the restored ground floor is used as a special event location. We only have one event a day, providing you exclusive use of the property. The perfect spot for an amazing wedding or a unique celebration, Castle Green is a landmark sure to hold your most cherished memories. Create your dream day in the expansive ground floor with the beautiful ballroom, vintage salons, and lush gardens. We are a Venue Only and work exclusively with several preferred, full service catering companies. There are no food & beverage minimums and you can provide your own alcohol with no corkage fees.

The Maxwell House is an Historic Landmark & Special Event Space located in the heart of Old-Town Pasadena. Full of unique, historic charm, it is a venue built for making memories! We offer a variety of wedding and special event packages, perfect for any of life’s celebrations! Event rentals include access to the entire first floor, including the main ballroom, grand staircase, sweeping foyer, large dining room, library, full kitchen, and two outdoor patios, in addition to the upstairs mezzanines and wedding suite. Included in our packages is the use of our inhouse equipment such as tables and chairs, artisan crafted wooden wedding arch, dance floor, sound system, bar, outdoor string lighting, complimentary parking, and more!

Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. The La Cañada Thursday Club is a beautiful, historic gem of a property located in the heart of La Cañada Flintridge. Built in 1926, our facility has been the setting for hundreds of wedding celebrations, birthday and anniversary parties, celebration of life events, corporate events, and more. The clubhouse includes a ballroom with an elevated stage, tea room, bridal suite, and kitchen. The outdoor courtyard is a private walled area with arched wrought iron gates, large fountain, majestic oak tree, and mature garden. Our venue accommodates up to 130 guests and has a private, spacious parking lot.

Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions. It offers a unique, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village, and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy-five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights.

Located directly across the street from Valentine & Grass Room and just around the corner from Millwick, Flora Chang is an intimate gathering space for up to 32 guests, plus staff, perfect for small performing arts events, private parties, day of bride/groom suite, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots and more. It’s also a showroom/gallery for artworks, handmade objects and other far out stuff.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Kawada Hotel has approximately 690 square feet of meeting room space. From a small meeting, birthday, party, or any other event we are ready to host you. There are two conference rooms A (420 square feet) and B (270 square feet) that can be combined for a total of 690 square feet and a boardroom (230 square feet) located on the mezzanine that can meet your various needs. Conference A and B has a Sony State of the Art 85" smart TV. Catering is available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

The warehouse venue consists of two main spaces: the reception hall and the ceremony room. In between, there's a bridal lounge, bar area, kitchenette, vendor stations, and storage. Having dedicated spaces for the ceremony and reception helps create an intimate atmosphere for each stage of your wedding. The main reception hall is revealed after the ceremony and cocktail hour, providing a fun and surprising transition for your guests.

Golden Road Brewing, located in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Angeles, offers two completely different event spaces for your wedding celebration! Chloe's is a warm & inviting multi-level Speakeasy, featuring three unique rooms that give you the maximum flexibility to customize your wedding reception. The Biergarten is our newest addition to Golden Road, a vibrant open-air space equipped with picnic tables and string lights. Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA.
