About this venue
Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. Intimate Ceremony on the Garden Patio with Indoor Reception
Our Summerbell Room offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 200 guests. The Outdoor Garden Patio accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated ceremony, while the indoor area is perfect for receptions. Room rentals include tables, chairs, linens, and onsite catering and bar services for convenience. Whether hosting a ceremony, reception, or private gathering, the Summerbell Room provides a versatile and elegant setting for any occasion.

Our Summerbell Room includes access to our Outdoor Garden Patio Area and Indoor Reception space, accommodating up to 200 guests. Patio Ceremony capacity 100 guests seated. Room rentals include tables, chairs, a selection of linens, as well as catering and bar services onsite for your convenience.
Mitten Multilevel Main Room
Main Room multilevel interior and basement Speakeasy Bar
The multilevel interior encourages guests to explore and mingle. The Main Level serves as a welcoming reception area, with wrought-iron chandeliers and twinkle lights creating a festive atmosphere. The Mezzanine, featuring beautiful narrow-slat maple flooring, is perfect for ceremonies before heading downstairs to celebrate and dance the night away. The cozy Speakeasy Bar also serves as a pre-ceremony retreat or a charming spot for cocktail hour!

Beautiful Venue/ Great Service
