Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles. Fantastic natural light, incredible architectural detail and a great variety of texture and shape make our possibilities endless!

Room cost

Monday-Thursday: $6,000 rental, $7,000 F&B minimum. Friday & Sunday: $7,000 rental, $7,000 F&B minimum. Saturday: $8,000 rental, $10,000 F&B minimum.

I have had the privilege of working at Carondelet House for over 7 years:). I tell my clients that they will get amazing service, terrific food, and memories that will last a life time. Yes, there is a self-parking structure adjacent to us that is $9/car for the day.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

10 hours is included in your base rental fee. The rental should include 2.5 hours for set-up & 1 hour for clean-up. If you would like additional time beyond 10 hours, it is $500/hr plus the cost of any staff needed.

Yes, you are required to provide liability insurance and any vendor working on site is required to provide liability insurance as well.

Although our busiest months are April - November, we stay busy year round because we are indoors.

All deposits are non-refundable. Venue rental fee is non-refundable if you are 5 months or less out from your event.
