We are a historic 1920s Italian Revival mansion with breathtaking riverfront views in a convenient urban location. During your wedding you will have access to the entire mansion, including our Conservatory Ballroom, for your reception. Below is some additional information about weddings at King Mansion. - The Conservatory Ballroom can accommodate 160 guests with a dance floor. For guest counts over 160 we have additional options including a foyer dance floor or a tented reception on our front lawn. - Catering services are not included in our rental fee. We require you to select a caterer from our list of (5) options with varying price ranges to fit your needs & budget. - You are permitted to purchase & provide your alcohol as long as it's served by a licensed and insured bartender. We are currently offering $1,000 off any full wedding package for the remaining dates in January - August 2025.

Artemis features a historical ballroom with stadium seating and one of a kind light fixtures. We also have a new outdoor space called The Courtyard coming to Artemis and Terrapin Station this year, giving your rental indoor/outdoor capabilities.
