Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our special day ran smoothly. One of the bartenders even stepped up as an informal day-of coordinator, staying by our side throughout the event to handle any last-minute needs. The inclusive atmosphere allowed all of our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. During the planning process they provided multiple options for table arrangements, arbor options and arbor placements, as well as options for dinnerware, glassware and silverware! Our group of country boys were pleased with their yard games and were playing corn hole all day! We were thrilled with the exceptional service and value provided by The Barns at Edgemont Inn, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a charming, stress-free wedding experience.

If you are looking for an off the path and charming Upstate NY venue, their's is top notch. I could go on endlessly about how amazing the Maples Estate, and Katie and Louis are but I’ll try to keep it brief! From our first interactions with Katie, which was via a virtual tour, my husband and I knew there was something special here. We immediately booked an in-person tour, and once we stepped foot on the property we knew this was where we would get married. The estate itself is stunningly unreal. In the middle of the mountains, beautiful views all around, wild flowers in abundance, a beautiful river, the pavilion is a dream, and so many options for your event locations - all of which are magical. Our wedding party stayed with us in the house and we all felt so comfortable. With 17 of us in total it was awesome to have the space to be together comfortably as we played games or shared a meal. The getting ready room is beautiful, it is a fun space to prepare in and the photos will be epic. We added on partial planning to our contract, so we worked with Katie throughout our wedding preparations. Katie is fantastic! She made us feel so comfortable, which made it easy to collaborate. Katie made our design board, every time I shared it with a vendor the response was “oh my gosh did you make this?!” Katie’s design skills are amazing, organization is on point, she is calm and quick to respond, and her list of vendors is expansive and everyone we worked with was just as amazing as Katie and Louis. If you are thinking about the Maples Estate, go for it! We had a wedding that was so uniquely us and that was because Katie and Louis gave us the space to do so. At every point Katie embraced our ideas, embraced our family and friends, and allowed our relationship to be reflected in an amazing weekend. We are so grateful and lucky to have found them! We are rooting for a couples reunion event or something so we can visit them soon.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Seven Ponds Farm, and despite some unexpected rain, it was truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the venue. The mountains, the ponds, the charming farm (and adorable goats)—it was all picture perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous setting. And even when the weather threatened to dampen our plans, the incredible team at Seven Ponds Farm had a backup plan to save the day. They seamlessly flipped our ceremony and cocktail hour so we could still get those breathtaking mountain views during our ceremony. They even brought delicious snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour to our bridal suite so we wouldn't miss out on any of the fun. We opted to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well as the reception, and we were not disappointed. We got many compliments on the food, and especially the fish tacos, which we didn't try during the tasting dinner, so we were pleasantly surprised! All around, everything was delicious. We also stayed at the venue from Thursday to Sunday, which definitely made the whole experience feel even more special, as it truly did feel like home while we were there. Olivia and Edvard were absolutely amazing. They were so professional, accommodating, and truly helped us every step of the way. When the power went out in the main house while we were getting ready, they were right there to help us get it back on. Their calm demeanor and quick thinking really put us at ease. We can't recommend Seven Ponds Farm enough. It's a beautiful place with an exceptional team who will make sure every detail of your wedding day is well thought out. If you're looking for a venue that's both stunning and has incredible service, look no further!

My husband and I had our wedding at Blenheim Hill Farm this past weekend 10/26/2024 and it was an absolute dream. Not only was it the dreamiest wedding because we got married in front of all of the people we love, but because of the absolutely beautiful venue and the team that brought it to life. Morten & Min, the owners were so helpful, kind and just the brightest lights from the moment we met them when we toured the venue through the planning phase and our wedding day. They clearly have a very buttoned up and efficient process, which showed the day of. Now let me talk about the rest of staff … they are AMAZING. We worked with Lawrence and Rosie the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of and not only did they go above and beyond at their jobs, they truly seemed so happy to be there. There were a number of other team members behind the scenes that helped bring together a seamless wedding (we barely even noticed them - in a good way!) so thank you to the team. This includes the chefs cooking it up in the kitchen, while we didn’t see you … we were told by friends and family how delicious the food was / it was the best wedding food they ever had. The risotto…. Oh my was it delicious!! Another amazing benefit of Blenheim Hill Farm was their recommended babysitter, Victoria - she watched 5 of the kids who attended ceremony but not reception right on the grounds. She made arts and crafts and carved pumpkins with them! The parents and kids were very happy with her. Lastly, all we have to say is….. GET MARRIED HERE!!!!

The venue is exclusively catered and owned by Seasons Catering where they are excited to begin hosting events. This venue holds the history from when Thomas Edison came to Schenectady to start up Edison Machine Works and when he combined it into the Edison General Electric company in 1889. After - the building transformed into the Schenectady Gazette headquarters. In our renovations - we have kept the history and charm of the building with the original printing press from 1894 and our exposed brick interior.

Weddings can be incredibly stressful and sometimes not go as you planned, but I can guarantee The Edison Downtown staff will make your special day the best wedding or event you’ve ever had. Jena, our wedding coordinator and Bylinda, the owner, truly went above and beyond any of my expectations for my wedding day. The attention to care to not only myself but all family members and party members was impeccable. The organization and leadership day of from Jena highly attributes to the perfection and smoothness of our wedding. She was there late the night before and there bright and early the day of to make sure everything we wanted was done correctly and done timely. She made sure to keep to our schedule and even if there were any bumps in our timeline, she handed it for us. She paid incredible attention to detail to both our wedding and after party, as we had a completely different themed event also at the venue slightly after our wedding ended. I’m sure this made it more difficult than usual for the staff, but Jena handled the organization of all of our decor and organization of the staff and people involved like a seasoned professional. The food from Season’s Catering was divine and some of the best food we can recall having at a wedding or other event in a very, very long time. Our guests cannot stop talking about how absolutely delicious all of the food was, how gorgeous and unique the venue was, and how it was one of the best weddings they have attended. From the bartender to the servers, everyone was so sweet and seemed so excited to be working our wedding day. I didn’t know exactly what to expect planning my first wedding, but was so thankful for having Bylinda and having Jena from the venue to handle everything. Any event at The Edison Downtown is worth every penny. We cannot thank everyone enough for all of the effort they put into our special day.

The Grove was the perfect location for our special day. The staff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The location was perfect for us. It was easy to get to but still felt like we were off the beaten path in our own little world for the day. We recently had our wedding reception at the Excelsior Springs Event Center, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing – all of our guests raved about it. The spacious and beautifully designed venue was spotless, and the layout provided the perfect setting for a seamless celebration. We chose to have our ceremony at Congress Park, but for couples looking to hold both their ceremony and reception in one location, Excelsior Springs offers a beautiful ceremony area as well. It’s a lovely option that makes it easy to keep everything in one place. Marianna, our wedding planner, was a standout. She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. We truly felt like we were in great hands with her guidance. One of the major perks was the venue’s connection to the Courtyard Marriott, which is only a 30-second walk away. This made it so easy for our guests to stay right next to the event, adding such a level of convenience. We also rented a room at the Marriott for our rehearsal dinner, and they allowed us to bring in our own food and soft drinks, which made it feel even more personal and special. One of the aspects we loved most was the flexibility to add our own personal touches. We were able to bring in custom signage, homemade centerpieces, set up a fun candy bar, and even add a mirror welcome sign selfie station. Our DJ also provided a photo booth, which our guests loved. These touches made the celebration feel uniquely ours and added to the fun atmosphere. Overall, Excelsior Springs Event Center and the Courtyard Marriott created a perfect combination for a memorable and stress-free wedding weekend. The Saratoga Winery was a perfect venue for our Wedding ! We had our cocktail hour at the inside bar area and outside covered deck and patio areas. It was a beautiful day which allowed our guests to enjoy the grounds. The outside offers numerous photo opportunities not only for the Wedding Party but also for the Wedding guests. Our dining and dancing were held in the attached Barn. The barn oozes rustic charm! There is also a covered deck adjacent to the dining area. Our guests took advantage of all the wonderful space this venue has. The Food was exceptional !!! Our compliments to the Chef!! We are still getting rave reviews from our guests on the meals they had! We can’t express enough how grateful we are to Annie, the owner, for all she did to provide us with Our Dream Wedding! We cannot speak more highly of the Inn at West Settlement. From the minute we stepped onto the West Settlement property, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Speaking with Kim just reinforced it - she was always responsive, no-nonsense, and helpful, and we quickly learned to trust her eye for flower design, decor, and how to set up the ceremony. Everyone who works on the property and at the events is the same:) We hosted 90 of our family and friends there for our wedding in June, and were able to host three beautiful events - a casual welcome BBQ, our ceremony and reception, and a goodbye brunch. The whole experience reinforced that we made the right decision in hosting our wedding with them. Everyone who attended raved about the location and that it was the most special wedding they've ever been to - we'd like to think we had something to do with it (!) but honestly most of it had to do with the gorgeous scenery, the laid back vibe, the local flowers and food, and the intimate and rustic barn where we held the reception.

I am not sure how to convey how truly amazing Danielle and her team are to work with to plan a wedding. We started working with Danielle in October for a June wedding and I cannot recommend her and SNGC more. We sat down in her office with no true vision and she helped us create the wedding of our dreams. We told her the items that were most important to us and she took it from there. We wanted to focus on heavy passed appetizers for the cocktail hour, a sit-down coursed dinner and lots of fun drinks…. and she nailed it so well that we had an ice sculpture espresso martini bar!! Danielle made the out of state planning process a breeze. She thought of everything; we were completely blown away when we showed up for our final meeting. No detail is left behind by her and her team. The day of was beyond memorable. I had to hold back tears when we got to see the room prior to the reception. The day of staff was extremely attentive and helpful to keep everything flowing on schedule. We have not stopped hearing from our guests about how amazing the food was, how stunning the room looked and how kind and helpful the entire staff was throughout the night. There is something to be said for having an entire wedding reception planned that is packed with a mind-blowing cocktail hour, 175 person sit down dinner, and lots of cocktails, with absolutely zero hiccups or stress. We have Danielle and the entire day of team to thank for that! The whole wedding was perfect and worth every dollar spent!

Windham Manor was everything we could have wanted. Susan and Barry are amazing! We got married outside in the enchanted forest in Nov ‘24 and it was beautiful. The barn was a fantastic place to host our 200 guests for our reception. The house that you can rent right next to the barn fits 33 people and is perfect for your wedding party to stay. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and after party right at the house as well. Karen, the house manager went above and behind to assist us throughout our stay.
