If there were ever things that needed attention before or during our day, the team at HHR and Niki took care of everything. Having a venue and vendor team that you can trust is SO important, and it really gave me peace of mind and allowed me to be fully present for our day!

I could not say enough great things about the Hideout and their staff. The venue was absolutely stunning in November with the changing colors of the trees. The rooms were clean and cozy, we had run of the whole venue and it created the most magical weekend for our family and friends. The only downside to the whole weekend we experienced was the planner you are required to use. On top of being very hard to contact and when you did chat she was often rude or short, and made it seem like she was often annoyed by questions I had. We had our wedding planned for a year and a half but thursday before we were supposed to have a rehearsal on Friday of she told me she just couldn’t get anyone “out to the middle of no where” on a Friday night for our rehearsal so I was very disappointed in that. Although she is the owner of the company so she was not the day of planner we got and the ladies who came from her company day of were absolutely wonderful. Dealing with Johnell with Clearly Classy events just added stress where it was not needed, but her staff and the staff at Hideout were so helpful when I did have these struggles.

The handsome grooms quarter is rustic and comfortable with a full bathroom, seating and dining area, and a serving area with a mini fridge. Everything the awaiting groom will need is provided. Your vision is our mission! You are free to use our venue however you wish. The open air chapel can be used for a gorgeous ceremony or a covered outdoor reception area. The professionally lit outdoor courtyard is perfect for cocktail hour and dancing under the Texas stars. The indoor reception area is adorned with stained glass and statement chandeliers. Enjoy the outdoor bar with additional seating area. Our decor warehouse is yours to use. Tables and chairs are also provided.

Our special day was perfect in every way. The Orchard At Spring Branch was the ideal spot for our small to medium-sized wedding of 100 people. It had all the touches of elegance and comfort. 2 of my guests described it well… “it’s sophisticated but not overdone, just the right mix of everything”. It had the Hill Country rural feel with longhorns in the distance, and the elegance of draping stairs into the Chapel. My videographer also said the Bridal Suite was probably one of the best he’d seen in a while. (easy to take shots without much staging). It rained on my wedding day, which meant fast thinking and alternate plans. There were many alternate indoor spots to take photos, and my photographs are lovely! We took photos in the Bridal Suite, outside of the Bridal Suite (Swing!), Groomsmen’s Cave, covered Chapel etc. Then as the rain calmed, we had breathtaking sunset shots! The reception hall was just right for our size, and had all the amenities we needed - we even had room to dance through the aisles for a first dance routine that involved our family members :) Due to the wet weather that day, we converted the covered Chapel into a dance area at the end of the night, and our guests didn’t want leave until the DJ had to shut it down. :). P.S. on a dry day, use the open patio area that has lounging chairs & benches overlooking the beautiful landscape. Rick & Hilda who own the facility care a lot and will tend to your needs to make sure your experience is memorable. We highly recommend "The Orchard At Spring Branch" for anyone looking to have peace of mind that your venue will not disappoint.

We fell in "love at first sight" with "The Lost Mission." The chapel is stunning with more than enough room for your guests to sit comfortably. Ringing the bell after "I do" was a special touch. The bridal suite was enough to fit a bridal party of five, bride, mother of bride, and two stylists with comfortable room to relax. Addison did a wonderful job of keeping both suites stocked with goodies for the wedding party. The groom's suite comfortably fit the party of five, the groom, and his parents. The reception area was gorgeous! I highly recommend getting the drapes, it makes a beautiful difference. We had the barbecue option for dinner and we were not ready for how delicious it was! Leading up to the wedding the consistent advice we received from family and friends was, "be prepared to not have time to eat or drink at all." Thanks to Addison, that did not fall true. She made sure there was a fresh drink at our table the whole night and served us our meals first. Our guests still can not stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were. If we could, we would make an annual visit on our anniversary just to spend the day there and have dinner. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone is so easy to communicate with, gave plenty of recommendations, and make our dream a literal fairy tale.

The bartenders, Shannon and Christian, kept our guests happy and the drinks flowing all night long. Our DJ, Leo, did an amazing job keeping our guests on the dance floor. The entire staff, including Melissa, Shelbi, and Saul, went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful venue, elegant decor, and exceptional service provided by Scenic Springs. The location is stunning and extremely well-maintained. Guests then move seamlessly to our cocktail hour patio and inside for the reception. Our venue boasts 25 foot ceilings, with gorgeous chandeliers to bring a classy touch. The white shiplap walls, large windows & french doors create the perfect lighting for pictures & an elegant ambiance. One of our favorite personal touches is the balcony lounge, featuring a private bar, indoor balcony overlooking the dance floor, and a covered outdoor patio area. Before the wedding, the bridal party and family can enjoy our spacious bridal suite, equipped with 6 vanity spaces, a private full bathroom & plenty of cozy lounge spots. The groom’s room is the perfect man cave, with a built in bar, TV’s, and leather couches - yep, we thought of everything!

My granddaughter’s rehearsal dinner was held here recently. The venue is so beautiful. Emily was so nice and so very helpful. She is great to work with! We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces that were available during the event. The oak tree that frames the altar is so majestic and beautiful. I love the crisp white of the inside of the venue.

We had a small wedding of 20 guests; however, Paniolo has the capability of doing much larger weddings as well! I can not wait to come back for our 1 year anniversary!!!

Amazing venue for small weddings and events. Very beautiful and so close to wimberely but feels completely remote. The house is a perfect marriage of vintage and modern where the outside is a cabin beautiful for picture while the inside has a modern feel with large windows and full of light. Multiple covered areas to have outside tables and event and the garden is simple and lovely with a large beautiful oak tree that umbrellas the house

The Cedars Ranch has done a wonderful job creating a warm, open, and welcoming space to host a wedding and wedding reception. One of the highlights of the day for me was getting ready in the yurt on their property, it's tucked back away from the hustle and bustle so I just got the relax with my bridesmaids in a very tranquil setting. We chose to have our ceremony area face west so we got some lovely pictures of the sun starting to go down as we said our vows, and the reception area is strung up with twinkle lights over it, a must-have for me :) The Cedars Ranch was the perfect mix of outdoor rustic and modern and we loved that they were so environmentally conscious. Communication was great and Marilyn and Bill patiently answered all our questions as we were figuring out how we were going to make everything work. The fire pit was a big hit with the kiddos (s'mores station) and the area next to the great hall fit Torchy's food truck (largest food truck in the country) perfectly. Would highly recommend any couple to tour this wonderful venue.

We loved our time with Prima Vista! Ellen was so great to work with and answered my many questions with grace! The venue is so beautiful it needs minimal decor and they have a closet of things to use from other couples! We left some hurricanes, tea lights and chargers there. They also took our flowers to the memory care unit the next day which was so kind.
