“Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. Although we were in an open-air pavilion, Amy and her assistant handled the situation with grace and helped all of our vendors stay on schedule and remain dry. Amy had a bag of supplies a la Mary Poppins with zip ties, table weights, towels, umbrellas, and all of the other items that we could never have thought to bring, but made an incredible difference in the outcome of the day. During the night, Amy made sure the event ran smoothly. She seamlessly organized a buffet line, coordinated with our MC to make sure the speeches were on time, and ensured that the gifts and cards were secured before the end of the night. Amy was also accommodating to our families, ensuring that they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Thanks to Amy's dedication and expertise, our wedding day was absolutely magical. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a wedding coordinator!”

“If I could give Meagan and Escape Key Travel Co 1000 stars, I would. Meagan planned our honeymoon to Italy which couldn’t have been any better. From the first call to understand our expectations and ideas until the last day of our honeymoon Meagan was always on our side and supported us in the best way possible. Meagan handled all our requests, including changes to the schedule, and was always available to answer our questions. Ashley a bonus, Meagan provides an app on our phone which included our itinerary, documents, and all travel information, so we didn’t have to worry about forgetting details or documents. Meagan’s knowledge about our dream destination was invaluable to get us the best experience, including great restaurants suggestions! As foodies and art lovers Meagan tailored a beautiful 14 day honeymoon including stays Rome, Florence and Naples. The trip was a perfect mix of activity and leisure time, and of course lots of time to enjoy the great Italian food and drinks. As our highlight we will never forget our visit to the Uffizi Galleries and the best steak Fiorentina during our time in Florence. Meagan’s positive attitude and experience with travelling Europe got is even more exciting about our honeymoon than we already were! “We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.”
