Courtney at The Charming Details! There aren’t enough words to express my and my husband’s gratitude, but here are a few things a couple considering Courtney should know... From our first consultation call with Courtney down to the last dance the night of our wedding, Courtney ensured there was no detail left unaddressed—leaving our entire wedding planning process to feel effortless and enjoyable. Courtney took the time to understand our vision for our special day—taking into consideration our love story, faith, personalities, budget, desired aesthetic, and what we wanted our guests/village to feel the moment they took their seats. First, let’s talk about Courtney’s impressive attention to detail and organization. Whether it was vetting vendors, coordinating schedules for tastings, tracking vendor contract terms, real-time updates to the planning portal she utilizes, to ensuring the day of schedule was planned to a tee—even including break times for me to pump for my infant. Just all-around thorough. Additionally, we were thankful for Courtney’s creative direction. We had an idea of what we liked and knew what we didn’t like; however, we didn’t know how to translate that into a wedding aesthetic and design. Courtney was able to guide us and equip us with tools that captured key elements of our vision for our wedding. In turn, she then beautifully crafted our wedding design with intentionality based on these key elements. Lastly, Courtney’s emotional awareness and authenticity were the cherry on top. Courtney brought a sense of calmness to the entire wedding planning process. She was thoughtful to the busyness of our personal lives, reassuring in times of decision-making, and just overall genuinely caring during this special time in our lives. After the wedding, we even received several compliments about Courtney from our family and friends about her innate ability to lead with grace and direct everyone throughout our wedding day. In the end, our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner that understood our needs. If you are in search of a wedding planner who not only is passionate about their craft, upholds professionalism to the highest extent, but also genuinely cares for her clients, then I wholeheartedly recommend Courtney!

If you're planning a wedding, particularly a wedding with a short engagement period, you need The Charming Details on your Team!!! When we brought Courtney Jackson of The Charming Details on as our Full-Service Wedding Planner, we had just gotten engaged and knew we didn't want a long engagement but were completely overwhelmed by the wedding planning process. Courtney saved the day! Not only did she bring years of experience, innovative tools, and great vendor relationships to the table, but she also brought the calm and steady guidance we needed to get everything done in time. Thanks to Courtney and her Team, we were able to plan our dream, fairytale wedding in 5 short months!!! There's no way that we could have made it happen that fast (and stress free) without Courtney! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and even our parents/Bridal Party who interacted with her on our wedding day, still rave about how amazing she is. That says a lot!

Courtney was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As a wedding photographer, I knew having an experienced planner was a necessity. Courtney was both knowledgeable & personable, guiding us through every step of the process. She listened to our needs & had a solution for every concern we could think of. Courtney was very transparent with us about wedding costs, which made it easier to explain to my family what our investment needed to be. She presented a range of quality vendors for us to choose from & helped us decide who was the best fit for our day. My family is Liberian & it was important to me to have a planner who understood my culture. Courtney knew what was important to my family, understood my requests & made sure the day ran smoothly. Courtney is beyond patient & brings a calming, reassuring presence to any room she's in. The fact that I was able to be fully present & enjoy myself is a testament to the confidence I had in her & the way she planned our day. My husband & I truly enjoyed our experience with Courtney & would recommend her a thousand times over.

Courtney is the best of the best! She has a professional, create and inviting approach to how she works as a planner and makes the process enjoyable. She follows through with tasks and is well versed on things in the event and wedding industry. You'll be happy with working with her and I recommend hiring her as a wedding planner.
