From the moment my family and friends landed in Mexico they were all treated with the upmost respect. VIP shuttle services And once they arrived No one had to pick up any heavy luggage everything was all taken care of and brought to our rooms. Upon arrival Brenda you made sure To check in with all my guest You provided them with all the information that they needed as far as restaurants, Supercenters, Pharmacies, Visit to the aquarium, ATV fun, Horseback/camel riding, Live plays Right on the resort ETC. I especially loved that you coordinated A special dinner/boat cruise with live music/DJ with A live performance by the crew operating the boat amazing. Definitely can’t forget about the all white meet and greet that you put together For everyone to get Acquainted, Do are first toast, take lot’s and lot’s of pictures, laugh and Dance. Thank you For even organizing timeslots for rehearsals. Brenda you was definitely on top of your game even when it came down to table-settings chair covers table covers you was able to show us pictures of what it looks like as far as the set up goes the different layouts the price difference even the dance floor with are family name on it was a major hit. The photographer You connected us to was not playing around at all. The picture quality was just Amazing the drone photos plus the music video I’m speechless. The swim up option you presented I wouldn’t of wanted it any other way. Every night of our stay The endcap with just me and my wife in the water relaxing having great conversation listening to music you know that (R&B) Vibe and being able to order food And a bottle of champagne on ice Right to our back door Was an amazing experience Not just for me and my wife but for my family And friends as well. Brenda I can go on and on talking about July 4 2022 Oh my God I forgot about the fireworks that you talked us into getting it was absolutely Breathtaking out on the open sand The sounds of the ocean waves crashing in the beautiful bright lights in the dark skies from all the fireworks going up. I couldn’t of asked for anything more special to happen on our wedding night you made sure that me and my wife experienced the best of the best Of everything Cabo San Lucas had to offer us. In-closing I would just like to say thank you Brenda over and over again for everything you and your team has done to have successfully put together The most rememberable wedding that I my self and my Wife could of ever had ask for. Aneesha and I worked together on planning the big day in August of this year. Our wedding date was picked very late but Aneesha took the job and helped plan and decorate the entire thing. With Covid and dealing with last minute cancellations she was quick to get everything we needed and in due time. It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. Her foresight and planning were impressive but her ability to think and adjust on the fly is what made our day go off with zero issues. We cannot thank Liv enough for her help. Our wedding was unconventional with MANY moving parts, a private residence, a boat ride, a public pier w/ a food truck for dinner & dancing to follow. Corrine & Molly met several times with us before wedding day to make sure every (& I mean every) detail was accounted for. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

Initially I intended to plan all of my wedding on my own - and in many ways I did. We were married at the Customs House in Portland, a venue that is a blankslate venue. As I neared the day however, I began to worry that there were aspects of the planning that I overlooked. I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. They figured out that this is where a lot of my stress was coming from. I was so grateful to their team for minimizing overall stress. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. They came recommended by a friend who knew them from an engagement shoot, and felt their personalities and experience would be a great match for us. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. Extremely responsive. She had so much knowledge and first hand experience with different vendors in the area that she made our lives sooo much easier in booking the remaining vendors we needed. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough. Our biggest ask to Sabrina was not to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and Sabrina team delivered on that request! Moral of the story, BOOK DEFINED LUXE EVENTS!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy Melody, our wedding month-of-coordinator! From the moment we met her, Amy impressed us with her professionalism and enthusiastic demeanor. She was incredibly organized and experienced, which was evident in every aspect of her work. Amy was an excellent collaborator as we planned our wedding from scratch. During our virtual calls, Amy took the time to listen to all of our preferences, needs, and concerns during the planning process. Her excitement about our event was contagious!We had a site visit to our venue (Fort Getty in Jamestown, RI) and Amy arrived early to scout the location. When we arrived, she had a ton of great ideas for the event layout and had a back up plan ready for all of our concerns. Leading up to our big day, Amy created a detailed timeline that was shared seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring that everyone was on the same page. This meticulous planning gave us so much confidence that everything would run smoothly on our big day. On the day of the wedding, Amy and her assistant went above and beyond. They arrived extra early to set up our flower arrangement centerpieces and all of our decor, making sure everything looked perfect. When an unexpected torrential downpour began, Amy and her assistant remained remarkably calm and upbeat. Although we were in an open-air pavilion, Amy and her assistant handled the situation with grace and helped all of our vendors stay on schedule and remain dry. Amy had a bag of supplies a la Mary Poppins with zip ties, table weights, towels, umbrellas, and all of the other items that we could never have thought to bring, but made an incredible difference in the outcome of the day. During the night, Amy made sure the event ran smoothly. She seamlessly organized a buffet line, coordinated with our MC to make sure the speeches were on time, and ensured that the gifts and cards were secured before the end of the night. Amy was also accommodating to our families, ensuring that they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Thanks to Amy's dedication and expertise, our wedding day was absolutely magical. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a wedding coordinator!
