The Villa is a spacious estate home that can be used to celebrate your big day. Its spacious lawn and gardens can host events for groups up to 75 people. Rental of the Villa for an event includes the use of its outdoor spaces, plus numerous photo locations on the 85-acre property. We also include lodging in the five-bedroom Villa for up to 12 people, ceremony and reception furnishings, and day-of services. (We are there to support you through every step of your day!) We also have additional lodgings on the property in our treehouse cabins that can be rented as lodging. We love the opportunity to host family groups who use the whole property. The Inn, originally named Engadine by its builder, Civil War Captain John Keais Hoyt, is an 1885 Queen Anne-style Victorian home. Engadine is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been restored and decorated to maintain its Victorian character and charm. It was converted to an inn in 1994 and has operated as one ever since.

This is an incredibly unique space built along the Middle Tyger River at the foot of Glassy Mountain. It features an Open air octagon shaped pavilion, a covered bridge that spans the river, optional lodging for a couple or family, and 35 acres of natural beauty and photo ops to explore.
