Nestled in the valley of Saddle Mountain, overlooking two private, spring-fed lakes, and featuring an outstanding facilities, rustic, climate-controlled cabins and sumptuous cuisine, Timber Lake is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the Catskills. Our Executive Chef Jack Tippett has created seasonal catering menus that pair perfectly with our ciders.Included in the wedding package are the Mountain House and Cottage, sleeping ten guests. Additional lodging for 50 guests is available at the Boarding House and two houses in Callicoon, the small town just down the hill that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Hello! We're Natalie and Aldo, the couple behind Silas House Inn and Barn. Silas House is a historic dairy farm and house in the Catskill Mountains of New York. The home has lived many lives and in summer 2024, we reopened it as a boutique B&B. The Barn is 5,000 sqft of event space with the lower barn fully renovated and staged for your next event. The upper lofted barn will see further modernization in Spring 2024 and is the perfect reception and indoor ceremony space. Behind the barn is two acres of sprawling lawn including raised bed gardens and mountain views. We're so excited to share Silas with couples in 2025 and beyond!

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

Open Farmhouse is located on 300 acres of protected land in Redding, Connecticut. Just an hour and a half drive from New York City, it’s easily accessible by car or short shuttle from metro north. As part of a working farm, guests experience farm fresh produce, bucolic views and engagement with the land. Built in 1840, the historic Federal Style house sits at the center of the farm, with sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests.
