Although The Reserve is a new addition, our roots run deep. Ranger Creek Ranch is a family owned and operated cattle ranch nationally recognized for its first class hunting operation, exceptional wild game, and storied history. Ranger Creek Ranch has been in our family for over 120 years. Ranell built The Reserve event venue on the ranch in October 2019 just in time for Kaylie and her husband Ryan to say "I Do" as the first Reserve couple. We are so excited to share our labor of love for other couples to enjoy. Located in the heart of Richardson Heights, Communion Neighborhood Cooperative was originally built as an auto service center toward the end of the midcentury. With a nod to its originally intended purpose, the building was completely restructured with industrial-chic design sensibilities, retaining much of its original charm. Chief among these are the four fully-functional glass bay doors that bathe the interior in natural light and provide opportunity for a cool open-door atmosphere.
