Thank you for considering our beautiful venue for your special occasion. This gorgeously appointed venue offers a convenient North Plano location, easily accessible from I-75. The facility offers plenty of free parking in the private lot that wraps around the building and also provides a host of thoughtful amenities and design aspects that will leave you and your guests raving! This incredible facility encompasses over three acres and includes gardens, ponds, waterfalls, a hand carved gazebo, paved garden walkways, exquisite ballroom spaces with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous crystal chandeliers and newly remodeled bride and groom suites.

The elegant grand ballroom at Reflections comfortably seat up to 250 at round tables.The newly renovated event venue offers a blank canvas with neutral colored walls and floors. This allows each event to customize to the color palette of their choice. Our up-lighting system is included for every event and can be changed to the color of your choice, adding to the elegance and ambiance of the event facility. We offer options for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. The newly created walkway to the hand carved stone gazebo stands in front of a 40′ pond and waterfalls creating the perfect backdrop for a fairy tale garden wedding. If your preference is an indoor ceremony, we offer a smaller ballroom space, ideal for weddings. The ceremony space boasts large windows that overlook the outdoor patio and garden. Our venue offer two dressing suites for our clients. Both of which are luxurious and apply appointed.

Included in this room:

Rental rates includes exclusive use of the venue with access to the entire venue and gardens. Rental based on a 5 hour event with 4 hours set up and 1 hours tear down Rental rate is inclusive of all 60” round tables, chairs, full length ivory linens, napkins, venue cleaning fees, plenty of free parking, free WIFI, choice of house centerpiece. Additional items and rentals can be arranged upon event requirements.

Rachel and Pepi did a phenomenal job as wedding coordinators. They helped us out through the process of booking with them and making sure we got the wedding we wanted within our budget. The moment my now husband and I walked into the venue, we knew that this is where we wanted to have our wedding. The inside rooms are beautiful and spacious. The outside garden and gazebo is like something out of a fairytale. The food was incredible the night of my wedding and the staff brought the plates to us even though we had a buffet. I thought that was a nice touch especially since we were on our feet all day. The venue is very well maintained as well.
