The Ballroom
Nestled in historic Downtown Lewisville, our 8,000 square foot Ballroom can comfortably accommodate parties up to 350 guests. This spacious facility includes a gorgeous entry way with wrought iron doors, hardwood floors, beautiful crystal chandeliers and antique ceiling tiles. The newly renovated Bridal Suite has an eight foot cosmetic mirror, dress hooks, and ensuite bathroom so your group has the privacy you need to get ready. Our full size kitchen and built-in granite bar make food and drink service perfectly seamless for events of any size.

The Rooftop is a partially open-air space overlooking historic Downtown Lewisville that can accommodate up to 60 guests. Complete with a wood burning fireplace, outdoor lounge furniture, umbrellas and a wet bar, this space is the perfect for an intimate ceremony, rehearsal or private dinner.

Fantastic venue in Old Town Lewisville
Royal Affairs Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first inquired, their communication was fast, responsive, and honest. The quality of their work and value was exceptional - the ballroom is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and incredibly convenient. We were lucky to have the full day at the venue and were able to set up the night before, which made the day-of so much smoother. The managers and staff were incredibly polite, responsive, and great at their jobs. Royal Affairs Ballroom has virtually everything included or available, making the planning process a breeze. We can't recommend them enough for a special occasion!
