About this venue

Glory House Bistro is a private event venue that hosts a maximum of 80 guests. We can accomodate a higher guest count for “come and go” events. We offer a modern rustic full service venue. Our private events include your full menu, professional service staff, china, linen, centerpieces, creation of your itinerary. Additional options include bar setup, ceremony on site, full coordination services, projector setup, and more. We are a “one stop shop” for a turn key private event.

Glory House offers a full-service reception facility in the beautiful Heritage District of Irving, Texas.

This historic area is the perfect location if you are looking for a modern industrial venue. Our venue is perfect for weddings, private celebrations, anniversary parties, holiday events, birthdays, showers so you can expect an event in a great location with amazing food and service!

I cannot say enough good things about Glory House! The venue is gorgeous. It has so much charm and the ambience was perfect in every way! The food was amazing- both beautiful and delicious! The service was stellar! Jo Ann Goin, the owner, clearly has a spirit of excellence that shines through every detail. Glory House Bistro is my number one recommendation to anyone planning an exquisite night to remember!

Yes, we require a bar setup fee for this option. Our bar setup includes wine glasses, cocktail glasses, soft drinks, soda and tonic, sparkling waters, mixers such as margarita mix, condiments such as lemons, limes and cherries, ice, and professional bartender(s). We require delivery of your alcohol before the event date. We setup and serve. We will assist you with hour much to purchase. We do not allow shots.

Yes, parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces in front and in back of our building. If guests park in back, there is an outside plaza that they may walk through to reach the front door.

Yes, there is a ramp onto the side walk at Main and Irving Blvd.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, black linens, elegant simple centerpieces with candles, hanging candles and some twinkle lights.

Your reservation includes 10 hours. The hours are broken up as follows: -3 hours for delivery of alcohol and any decor options you want to bring in scheduled on a Thursday before your event date. -2 hours before your event starts on event date for vendor load in/cake delivery, etc. -4 hours for guests on site event time. -1 hour for vendor load out/your removal of your personal items at event end. You may purchase additional hours for $350. We can schedule a week day before rehearsal for $200

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 120 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located 8 miles away from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Airport. You can reach our venue by by private car or Uber.

No, our venue is fully insured.
