Amanda Frangoulis, our event manager, went above and beyond to ensure every detail aligned with our vision, including arranging a private tasting when my husband couldn’t attend the quarterly one. I provided a detailed menu that reflected my vision for a fall rustic wedding, and the culinary team executed it with incredible precision. For hors d’oeuvres, we selected salmon deviled eggs, southwest crab cake bites, lobster mac & cheese bites, Caprese skewers, and Mediterranean lamb burger sliders with tzatziki sauce. Our first course was an unforgettable butternut squash sweet potato soup with pumpkin seeds poured tableside over butternut squash cubes—a show-stopping experience! For entrees, we had spicy honey-glazed panko-crusted salmon, apple cider-glazed chicken, and butternut squash ravioli with brown sage butter sauce and toasted pine nuts, paired with kale & apple salad, garlic Parmesan green beans, and sweet potato mash (If you ever use these dishes, you’re going to have to credit Barn on Bridge and me!). Guests raved about the delicious and perfectly executed dishes, and I was thrilled to hear the culinary team plans to adopt some of my suggestions into future menus! Thalia, our day-of coordinator, ensured everything ran seamlessly and went the extra mile by preparing leftovers for us—a thoughtful touch that allowed us to savor the incredible food later. I also want to emphasize that successful weddings are a partnership. Often, dissatisfaction stems from a lack of clear communication, but this team is exceptional at walking you through every step. They genuinely care about your vision and execute it with precision. I felt supported, valued, and cared for throughout the process. He ensured that every detail for our event was perfect. Nick went above and beyond to make the day easy and stress free. He stayed in frequent communication with us in the days and months leading up to our event to ensure that everything was in order. The team at Wind Creek was very accommodating and honored all of our special requests. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone also enjoyed going to the hotel bar immediately after the reception for the after party. Everything was incredibly convenient for us and our guests. It was truly the best day! We held our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Plumsteadville Inn and we are so happy we did! It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding weekend! We held both events in the upstairs banquet room, which worked great with our numbers (about 40 rehearsal dinner guests and an additional 50 welcome party attendees), as everyone had enough room to walk around and mingle. Matt and team were very easy to work with throughout the whole process from booking the space, choosing the menu, accommodating for food allergies and night-of service. The food, of course, was delicious! And the staff was so attentive and took care of us the whole night. All our guests had a great time. Highly recommend booking your next event at the Plum!

I can’t say enough about this venue! We had a New Year’s Eve wedding 12-31-23 with 230 guests and it was exceptional. We used both the modern 11th floor Skyline Room for the ceremony and the gorgeous traditional ballroom on the main floor for the reception. We had a block of rooms for our guests and they raved about the accommodations and the service. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bridal suite was huge and easily accommodated 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 4 aestheticians. The food was amazing; prime rib, crab cakes and chicken francaise were our choices. It was delicious and served hot. They have a variety of entrees to choose from. The staff was attentive to our needs as well as professional and friendly. Choosing Vault 634 for my wedding was THE best decision we made. Eric, Jared and their team made our wedding stress free, seamless and elegant. There are so many positive aspects of this venue, I'm not sure where to even begin with this review. Food: five stars. From the appetizers, to dinner to deserts our guests raved about it all. Physical site: The Vault is a historic site that has had millions of dollars put in to its renovation. The sky light, the grand staircase and the chandeliers make it eloquent and beautiful. The downstairs bar captures the historic feel of the venue and another part of the wedding our guests absolutely loved. They only host one wedding per day so you have the entire venue for just you and your guests. They are also a one-stop-shop. Linens, chairs, centerpieces, table numbers can all be provided for you which is such a big time and money saver. Customer Service: Eric, Jared and their team are absolutely amazing. Jared answered every email, question and inquiry immediately and was beyond attentive to us. The planning process was simple and streamlined thanks to all his help along the way. The day of the wedding you will have not a single thing to worry about. Eric and Jared and their team will make sure everything runs exactly the way you want it to. Any small snafu or issue will be solved and you probably won't find out there was any issue until the next day. They also helped us with setting up our ceremony space and small touches we planned with decor so no day of coordinator is needed. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this venue and Eric & Jared and their team. You simply can not go wrong with having your Wedding at Vault 643

I could go on and on about how fabulous the entire crew at Aldie Mansion was! From the first tour we had with Kim to our planning experience with Nicole to our actual wedding weekend/day with Desiree, every step of the way was done to perfection. Kim Bates was extremely helpful at the beginning, answering my many questions and preparing us for our food tasting and overall event planning. Nicole Potts was the best event designer we could have asked for. She made our day so special, and truly took care of us at each and every turn. Nicole’s attention to detail is unmatched - I truly never felt stressed, because I knew Nicole always had my back. We needed a few accommodations for some of our guests and she was more than happy to help out to ensure all our guests had the best time. Nicole and the team also made sure that our Italian Cookie Table was displayed and executed perfectly – not a small ask, and it was down exactly as we imagined! At our rehearsal and wedding day, Desiree made sure everything was executed to perfection. She continuously checked in on us to bring us food or drinks and make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. Because we didn’t do a first look, we weren’t able to catch our cocktail hour, but Desiree made sure all our hors d'oeuvres were in the bridal suite waiting for us, and made sure to give us time just us between the ceremony reception. It was so thoughtful, and we truly appreciated that time together (and the food). Speaking of the food, JAM catering hit it out of the park! Everything was delicious – we looked around at one point, and dinner plates were completely empty! Aldie Mansion and the team at JAM made our day so beyond special. We are so glad we chose this venue – it was an absolute dream!

As for Shepard Hills Country Club, it is a beautiful venue. When we started out in our business we worked there often. It then went through some management changes, all for the better and it has been recently restored to its current splendor. It is not overstated yet stunning, with ample seating areas, spacious dance floor and refreshment area. On top oof that you have the Country Club grounds and outside casual areas, couple all that with an Outstanding Chef, banquet team and one of the Best Managers in and around the Lehigh Valley, what more could you ask for.

Our wedding at Terrain Gardens at DelVal was absolutely perfect! It was a dream!!! I’m breaking it down below because Terrain exceeded my expectations in every category possible. I cannot recommend them and this venue more highly. Food: This was probably the most important thing to me and my then fiancé when picking a venue. I wanted my guests to say, “wow, this is the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding!” …Well, goal accomplished! I heard that multiple times and people are still raving about the food weeks later!! The cocktail hour was extravagant and extensive!! And the dinner did not disappoint! Dessert was amazing as well. I don’t know what else to say but it was sooo much food and sooooo delicious! Venue space: It’s spacious and absolutely beautiful. I had about 165 guests (176 is the max) and it worked perfectly! The long farm tables layout for dinner is stunning. The dance floor area is huge. The outdoor space is perfect and a lot of my guests hung out out there throughout the evening. They set up a bar and s’mores by the fire pits outside so it made the space very usable and welcoming. We had our ceremony inside because it was in July and I didn’t want guests to be hot and that worked out well, the front half of the room had chairs while the back half had cocktail tables set up where people could stand and enjoy their drinks during the ceremony - which worked great with the margarita greeting we selected! Wedding Coordinator: At Terrain included with your wedding you are assigned a coordinator after booking your date. I can’t tell you what an incredible value I felt like this was! Our coordinator, Matt, was absolutely amazing and there’s no way our wedding would have been the dream it was without him! Matt and the Terrain team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything involving our big day. We met with Matt every month or so leading up to the wedding and had clear things to work on, discuss, and decide for each meeting - this high level of organization made planning so much easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable! The day of we also had Morgan join Matt in coordinating, everything seemed to flow so smoothly and effortlessly and I know that’s only due to how hard they were working behind the scenes!! As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they made everything go off without a hitch and took such good care of me! Terrain Design (Florist): I used Terrain Design for my florals and worked with Stephanie - I can’t express how impressed and overwhelmed I was with her and her team’s work. I am very particular and threw a lot of pretty unique ideas out there. I cried the second I first walked into the venue!! I was so blown away by the table settings. The bud vase and candle table scapes created the most beautiful, whimsical scene. Stephanie and her team worked some magic to deliver everything I’ve ever wanted but could have never envisioned myself. It still amazes me how well she understood my vision and made it come to life beautifully! Thank you so much Terrain for making all my wedding dreams come true, making my big day so incredibly special, and for being so kind and accommodating throughout it all!

Working with Lisa at Ash Mill Farm was an excellent experience! I absolutely loved that Ash Mill met all our criteria in a wedding venue -- being able to stay on site all weekend, high class catering, a rustic boho vibe, etc. And it was a great price compared to other venues! Lisa was extremely professional, communicative, and helpful. On the big day, she made me feel so at ease knowing that she had everything covered and I could confidently just relax and enjoy the day.
