Old Trade is a family-owned, family-friendly and pet-friendly rural operation located in historic Brandy Station, VA (Culpeper County). The Mulberry at Old Trade is operated in conjunction with Old Trade Brewery & Cidery. It is conveniently located near the cities of Culpeper, Warrenton, and Manassas and is within 1.25 miles of major highway Rt 29.

The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs. High on a bluff towering over the James River, this exquisite Georgian Revival offers 16,000 square feet of opulence, built by Taylor and Parrish Construction from 1981-1987. This stately Georgian features an upper brick promenade surrounded by a limestone balustrade and opens to a double curved staircase to the lower terrace. The mansion's interior boasts extravagant architectural embellishment. Marble floors, ornamental cornices, plaster friezes, 18-foot columns with gilded Corinthian capitals, and custom crystal chandeliers please the eye from the onset. A Jeffersonian pool house with a hexagonal raised dome presides over a circular pool with bluestone terraces and a limestone balustrade. Nearby, you will discover a tennis court complete with a covered viewing stand. Our wedding packages include on site accommodations, a three night stay at Château Thibault (5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom farmhouse), in house premium catering, top shelf liquor and bar services, as well as a place to get ready, waterfront ceremony site, outdoor/indoor cocktail hour, and a clear tent for your reception.
