I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Our day went so smoothly from start to finish, and we know this is due to Erin's impeccable attention to detail. She knows what to spend her time on, calms you down when you are freaking out about the little things, politely ushers you to the next event to keep the day on schedule. I never felt rushed, stressed, or worried about anything the entire day. She just handles it and everything happens in the background. I also had her do my floral arrangements. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. Michele was our full wedding planner. Our wedding went perfect without a single hitch and it was all thanks to Michele. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. Where to even begin! Taylor made our special day everything we wanted and more! From start to finish, Taylor and her team were professional and so respectful of our wishes. Taylor was easy to communicate with, and had regularly scheduled meetings with us to make sure we were on track for the perfect day! Being an out of town bride, Taylor accommodated our needs, FaceTimed us doing a venue tour, and always kept us updated on our vendors and contacts, and what the next steps would be. Day of, we woke up to rain pouring in Vegas, but that didn’t stop Taylor and her team for executing the perfect day…we insisted on getting married outside, we pushed our start date back to hopefully not get rained on. Thankfully, the rain stopped for 30 min just the right amount of time to get married. Taylor made sure guests had dry seats to sit on and cocktails in hand. Taylor made sure we were taken care of (food and drinks) during our pictures. Moving into the reception, Taylor made sure we were well fed, and always had a drink in hand, along with our head table. She guided us into our grand entrance, and all of our scheduled songs. Our big day was perfect and flawless in every single way. If there was any sort of issue or problem, we certainly didn’t know about it, because Taylor handled it all, and without us knowing or fretting about it. She brought a lot of calmness to us, on one of the biggest days of our lives. The best thing we did for our wedding was hire Taylor. She made us feel more than just a client or number. We walked away being friends! Cannot recommend TayCheney events enough!!

Shaymah was extremely organized with a very chaotic wedding - chaos due to family drama, etc. While the chaos was stressful, Shaymah was very detailed and thorough with all of the wedding planning, including designing florals and signs completely on her own (great designer too!), and including last minute issues with guest count, etc. She's very sweet, kind and helpful and great to work with!
