Set-up and break down table numbers/names, favors, toasting glass, and serving set per instructions. 7. Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception. 8. Ensure payment or vendor tips and final payments (if not already completed) 9. Manage vendors during reception/cocktail hour.

SCWE was born in 2018. It's been a labor of love and we have planned and executed over 200 weddings and events. We began as a one woman show and now have a full team of 3 planners and a handful of assistants.
