The House Then Designed by Daniel Riggs Huntington, a well respected Seattle architect, this replica of George Washington's beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. Employed as the City of Seattle architect from 1912 until 1921, Huntington also designed the Fremont library branch, the Lake Union Steam Plant, several fire stations and the Washington Street Boat Landing. While the Chapter House was "purpose built" as a meeting place, the membership always intended their hospitality to extend to the community in the form of a venue for private, public and non-profit events. The House Now Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, we continue the mission of our visionary founders by offering our house for events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings, memorial services to auctions, baptisms to retirement parties.

Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. In February of 1999, Kim McLaughlin started Eagle Mountain Ranch, a beautiful state of the art equine facility. She saw a need to provide high quality training in Western, Saddle Seat, Hunter, and Reining divisions - with a focus on Arabian horses. Having learned for years from world renowned trainers, Kim knew her ability to watch and teach others with an educated eye would benefit her clients and help them succeed.

Nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque wedding venue. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch and Cascade Mountain backdrop provide the perfect nuptial setting. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. The Lodge sleeps up to 27 guests and each of its 10 bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy. With 2 and 3-night wedding packages your wedding party and immediate family can set-up and tear-down at their leisure.
