Manny and his team were amazing. Before the wedding he made sure to ask if we wanted specific songs for different parts of the ceremony and reception. We didn’t have a ton of specific songs, but we made a list of music with the vibes we wanted. Manny took the list, ran with it, and really took care of us. The dance floor was packed all night! He even played Tagalog pop songs and managed sound for a Filipino folk dance group. We also loved the little details like the template for our photo booth photos, the lights for the dance floor, and our initials projected on the wall. Thank you Bay Pro DJs, we’re so glad that you were there to help make our wedding so special.

I truly could not have been happier with the service provided by Spencer Sutherland and his team!! The live music, DJ, and photo booth were PERFECT and our guests had a blast. The guitarist, David, added a very special element to our ceremony and our DJ Kevin kept everyone dancing until the very end of the night! All of our guests loved the photobooth and I am so grateful for the hundreds of photos taken that I will cherish for a lifetime. This review for Zeb (and the whole Sounds Elevated Team) is long overdue. Zeb is not only an incredible musician in his own right but plays the role of musical conductor with equal panache. A true “Jack of All Trades.” Some of the many hats he wore for our wedding include: -He played solo guitar for our ceremony -Lined up a jazz quartet for the happy hour -Setup the party lighting (party but classy) for the reception -Setup a photo booth for guests to take fun photos (a big hit btw) -DJ’d with a live accompaniment combo for the reception - stayed up way later than we asked him to, and DJ our afterparty (which was a VERY different vibe than the reception). He was hustling for easily 10 hours straight. And every single element he contributed to the festivities was top tier. My older cousin, a professional musician for many years, was blown away by the level of talent. It’s been almost two years since the wedding and we still get compliments about the entertainment. He and his team went above and beyond. Easily the best “value” for anything we spent money on for the wedding. I strongly recommend meeting with Zeb and gearing his philosophy/approach to weddings/events.

My wife and I went in search of an incredible wedding band and we found it with Ruby Wedding and Party Band. The whole team, from the lead singers to the sound and light techs, was amazing to work with. Every step of the way they were courteous, on top of the details, and available to hop on a Zoom or respond to an email with our venue and our wedding planner. They took it upon themselves to make sure power and sound were all taken care of *and* they even tried to make sure we had tenting for the outdoor wedding (it wasn't even their job) just to take a load off of our plate. I'd hire this band again and again, and, if they'll do it for our 5 or 10 year wedding anniversary. Thanks!

I hired Jackie to sing at my wedding reception Dec 3rd 2022! When I heard some samples of her voice on YouTube, I knew she has was the one I wanted singing at my wedding!! She has a beautiful beautiful soulful voice that you can get lost in for days. Jackie was super flexible, shared her ideas and suggestions when I I didn't know what direction to go with songs ( wedding planning was stressful) but she made it easy to plan and make suggestions based on my song choices. I had her sing and play the piano for 3 different songs Father daughter dance, mother son dance, and cake cutting! Looking back, being someone who’s goal was to have more entertainment then speeches, id had her perform the whole time! Our guest raved about her voice, her performance, and how beautiful her renditions sounds. She was SO SO EASY TO WORK WITH.. With a wedding being crazy expensive.. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.

I come with a 3 piece live band and have lots of experience calling and coordinating dances for groups of 12 to over 300 people. I call the monthly Barn Dance at Pie Ranch as well as other community, private, and wedding dances all around the Bay Area.

My partner and I asked Nina to bring musicians and call square and contra dances at our wedding reception last November. It was wonderful. We wanted an alternative to a wedding band that was unique and interesting and affordable and charming and down-to-earth, and that went with our summer camp vibe, and Nina really delivered. Almost none of our guests had any prior experience at all square or contra dancing, but Nina knew exactly how to introduce the dance steps and keep everyone engaged. She was quick to respond to the needs of our group, and read the room brilliantly. To our amazement and delight, almost everyone participated, and multiple people told us afterwards that the square dancing was their favorite part of the wedding. Nina called the dances in a way that avoided traditional gender roles and accommodated dancers who didn't have a partner, allowing all of our guests to feel included in the fun. We are particularly appreciative of that. We only had her call for an hour, but we could have very easily and happily done more! In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, Nina was very easy to communicate with, professional, and thoughtful. I could not recommend her higher for anyone looking for an experienced barn dance caller.

Roman provided DJ services for our 200 person wedding in April 2024. He met with my wife and I several times ahead of the event to get a sense of our preferences. Roman was very responsive and communicative, and it was clear he wanted us to be happy with his services - which was great! On the day of, Roman showed up on time and had everything set up and ready to go ahead of schedule. We had a huge open room for the reception, and Roman was able to make it a dance floor. Our guests had a great time, and many specifically mentioned Roman's services as being excellent. He created a timeline for our wedding that was so helpful because I did not have a day--of coordinator. He even gave my brother some pointers since it was his first time being an officiant. The party was so much fun, the music was great, his lighting was awesome, and all of our guests enjoyed the photobooth. 10/10 would recommend!

Tiger is the best DJ ive ever seen at a wedding. Ive been to a million. He can tailor the playlist hugely based on what you like and keep things fresh. He also has no issue picking the perfect songs to lure people out onto the dance floor and KEEP THEM THERE. also his cocktail hour music was soo fun and dinner music was fantastic. He's also just super flexible if you need to add songs or swap them or change up the schedule. Hes just the best energy and super funny also. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of music and will know and have any song you ever request. And if it just came out like two days ago he can quickly download it also. To sum it up, looking for a cool DJ is almost impossible, this guy is going to give you a good DJ set without any effort from you, he will just bring the party with him.
