Mark is so easy to work with. He is organized and has a portal where you can input all your party information, songs, and vendors. He is professional and makes all your instagram/pintrest inspo come true. We just told him what vibes we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and he delivered! He was keeping the party alive throughout the night with the inpromptu song requests from friends while maintaining the atmosphere of the wedding we wanted. He was just as excited as we were for our big day as both of us are huge disney fans. I felt like he understood us as a couple and gave us really great suggestions. He was great at MCing as well and made the night flow seamlessly. My wedding party has names that are difficult to pronounced and he perfected each one of them. Mark is awesome, professional and provided amazing services throughout the whole day. All my guests said they had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for someone to make their wedding planning and day less stressful.

Manny and his team were amazing. Before the wedding he made sure to ask if we wanted specific songs for different parts of the ceremony and reception. We didn’t have a ton of specific songs, but we made a list of music with the vibes we wanted. Manny took the list, ran with it, and really took care of us. The dance floor was packed all night! He even played Tagalog pop songs and managed sound for a Filipino folk dance group. We also loved the little details like the template for our photo booth photos, the lights for the dance floor, and our initials projected on the wall. Thank you Bay Pro DJs, we’re so glad that you were there to help make our wedding so special.

Richard gave us a helpful questionnaire to fill out key songs and general musical interests (and do not play songs). Richard was also happy to jump on calls with us to talk through our questions and hopes for our big day. I especially appreciated that Richard was able to play some German songs for some guests who had flown in from Germany, as that got even some of our older relatives on the dance floor. People were partying all night thanks to Richard! Richard catered to our wide age range of guests, and even gave us a couple of bonus closing songs that were the perfect conclusion to the night. We could not have asked for a better DJ.

At a couple points, the order of our events had to be changed on the fly, but the DJ was able to seamlessly roll with the punches and suggest the best way to adjust the schedule. They also did a fantastic job as the MC, expertly directing all of our guests and keeping the night flowing smoothly. Choosing second song as our DJ service for our wedding was the best decision we could have made!! The team is so accommodating and made the process of choosing our DJ so easy. After choosing second song, they allowed us to set up phone calls to interview DJ's to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up choosing DJ Daniel Cabral. Daniel was attentive and set up multiple meetings with us prior to our wedding to discuss our vision for our wedding day. Everything ran perfectly throughout the entire day. The audio for our ceremony was perfect and the music selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception set the mood for our wedding. We also hired a string trio through second song and they did a beautiful job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception was a party and Daniel made sure people were on the dance floor all night long. We also had my cousin play the trumpet at our reception while Daniel played a song in the background. Daniel mic'd up his trumpet for us and it was such a hit! We also got our Photo Booth through second song and they provided the uplighting at the venue! We were concerned about having to rent a noisy generator for our 30 minute beach ceremony, but thanks to azbestdj.com, our dream wedding near Pt. Dume became a reality! They used an innovative lithium-ion battery pack, eliminating the need for a gasoline generator. The beach ceremony setup with wireless mic was perfect for the windy day. The reception, complete with DJ lights, was a blast, keeping the dance floor packed. Our guests enjoyed the music, and the DJ graciously took their requests in between playing every song from our 25 song "Must play " list of our favorite songs to Party To!

I can't say enough great things about Funk Almighty! We had Funk Almighty play at our wedding and they were easily the highlight of the night. The energy, song selection, and sheer talent were unbelievable! Daryl, the band manager, is highly communicative and helped tailor music for every aspect of our day; we had an acoustic guitar for our ceremony, a jazz ensemble for cocktail hour, and their 10-person band for the reception. We also used Funk Almighty's MC service for the evening and Jared did a fantastic job ensuring the events stayed on schedule. What sets Funk Almighty apart from other bands is their energy, they had everyone on the dance floor! Our guests raved about the music and I can confidently say they were right, Funk Almighty is the best!

The Lucky Devils Band absolutely made our wedding reception! From our initial phone call with Meredith, we knew we were in excellent hands. She took the time to thoroughly understand our vision and musical tastes, making thoughtful suggestions along the way. Communication was prompt, fun, and Meredith was so approachable throughout the planning process. On the big day, the band blew us away with their incredible talent and ability to perfectly execute our song requests, from jazz to oldies to classic rock. As musicians ourselves, we were so impressed by their skill level and experience and professionalism. During cocktail hour, two musicians played jazz, then they switched to rock mode for the reception. They truly made it feel like our own personal concert and kept people on the dance floor for literally 3 hours! The energy was palpable from their very first note, and their song selections kept guests of all ages dancing all night long. They ended the evening with “Purple Rain” by Prince and it made my life. We can't recommend the Lucky Devils Band highly enough - they were total professionals and our biggest splurge, but SO worth it I’d do it a million times over!!

Keith was the perfect DJ. Honestly! There is nothing that we would change about our wedding night, it was truly perfect. Keith is a class act professional who makes no compromise between quality and affordability. He values his clients and offers extraordinary service at an affordable price. I went in with high (but reasonable) expectations for our wedding night, and he definitely delivered above and beyond!! We had read other reviews of weddings that Keith had DJ’d where the clients were musicians and they had curated a specific type of music they wanted throughout the night, and he nailed it. I consider myself a little bit of an audiophile, so I listen to a wide range of music, and I can also attest to just how amazing Keith’s music selection was! Part of a DJ’s job is to get you excited to go out on the dance floor, and we were already excited before the dancing began, because we just knew Keith was going to kill it (spoiler alert: he did!). He even mixed together multiple songs at once and it was amazing! Keith kept the atmosphere alive all night and there was never a dead moment. Most of the people were up and dancing, even people who have never been willing to dance before! It takes a skilled DJ to do that. It was electric. We had had a negative experience with another DJ company that we spoke to before we decided to look to Nocturnal Cafe, but just from the first conversation with Keith we knew he was our DJ. Keith was incredibly respectful to us, he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process, and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were going to have the best night of our lives. His process with his clients is great and made us feel very comfortable. He does a great job of avoiding the typical eye-roll cheesy songs (unless you request it, of course) and he picks songs that suit well for what you’re looking for. We gave him some songs/artists/genres we would like to hear (and some to songs to avoid) but we ultimately wanted to just give him an idea of what we were thinking and for him to use it as a guide more than a ‘must’. We gave him creative freedom to just let him work his magic and boy, was it magic that came out of those speakers!

My name is Roman and I've been DJ-ing since 2004, moving towards private events in 2009- Weddings, Birthday Parties, Proms, Baptisms, Grand Openings, Corporate Events and anything that involves music.
